چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: در پژوهش حاضر تأثیر آموزش هنر بر خلاقیت و قدرت تحلیل و یادگیری دانش آموزان ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان و مدیران در قالب یک مدل علّی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است روش شناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری این تحقیق متشکل از معلمان و مدیران مقطع ابتدایی مدارس دخترانه اول تا ششم شهر بجنورد بود که در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 به تعداد 705 نفر که از این تعداد 254 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند.. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود . بعد از تأیید روایی توسط متخصصین در این حوزه، پایایی کل سؤالات 89/0 محاسبه گردید. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از طریق پردازش و مدل ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss26 و Amos24 در دوبخش توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از روابط مستقیم متغیرهای پژوهش در مدل پیشنهادی نشان داد که در کل نمونه تمامی ضرایب مسیر از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بودند. نتایج حاصل از روابط مستقیم متغیرهای پژوهش در مدل پیشنهادی نشان داد که در کل نمونه تمامی ضرایب مسیر از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بودند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: در مدل نهایی پژوهش، آموزش هنر بر قدرت تحلیل، خلاقیت و یادگیری اثر مثبت و معنی داری دارد.
Introduction: In the present study, the effect of art education on creativity and the power of analysis and learning of elementary students from the perspective of teachers and principals was investigated in the form of a causal model.research methodology: The statistical population of this research composed of teachers and principals of the first to sixth grade girls' schools in Bojnord city, in the academic year of 2020-2021, as 705 people, among which 254 people were selected by simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. After confirmation of validity by experts in this field, the total reliability of the questions was calculated to be 0.89. Data analysis was performed through processing and structural modeling using SPSS26 and Amos24 softwares in two descriptive and inferential sections.Findings: The results of direct relations between the research variables in the proposed model indicated that in the whole sample all path coefficients were statistically significant.Conclusion: Also, in the final research model, art education has a positive and significant effect on the power of analysis, creativity and learning.
