چکیده مقاله :
در سال های اخیر، بد رفتاری ها در محل کار به دلیل پیامدهای اقتصادی، جامعه شناختی و روانی مهم آن، توجه تحقیقاتی زیادی را به خود جلب نموده است. بدرفتاری سازمانی معضل همه سازمان ها است، که در صورت عدم کنترل، مسبب مشکلاتی همچون کاهش بهره وری و عملکرد سازمان میباشد. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی و تعیین شاخص های موثر بر کنترل بدرفتاری های سازمانی در سازمان های دولتی ایران می باشد. روش پژوهش برحسب هدف، کاربردی و نوع داده، کیفی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش سازمان های دولتی ایران بود که مشارکت کنندگان آن را 12 نفر از متخصصین و خبرگان حوزه مدیرت رفتار و منابع انسانی در بانک تجارت و همچنین اساتید متخصص بودند و داده ها از طریق روش تحلیل تم مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد عوامل مهم در کنترل بدرفتاری های سازمانی شامل عوامل مدیریتی، اخلاقی، شغلی، اجتماعی، زمینهای، سازمانی، روانی و بهداشتی می باشند، هر کدام از آنها معیارهایی دارند که در 30 گروه دسته بندی شدند. این رفتارها باعث تضعیف اعتماد سازمانی در ذینفعان شده و یا حتی باعث از هم گسستگی سازمان می گردد. بنابراین سازمان ها باید اقدامات پیشگیرانه ای جهت رسیدگی به آنها و کاهش پیامدهای منفی بالقوه آن انجام دهند. سازمان ها با درک علل و اجرای سیاست ها و مداخلات مناسب، می توانند محیط کاری مثبت و سازنده تری ایجاد کنند. این مطالعه بینشهای ارزشمندی را ارائه میکند که میتواند به توسعه استراتژیهای مؤثر برای مدیریت و پیشگیری از رفتارهای نادرست سازمانی کمک کند.
In recent years, workplace misbehaviors have attracted much research attention because such misbehaviors have significant economic, sociological, and psychological consequences. Misbehavior is one of the problems that can be found in almost all organizations. If these behaviors are not controlled, they will cause problems such as reducing organizational productivity and performance. To this end, using a qualitative approach, this applied study aimed to examine factors affecting organizational misbehaviors in Public organizations in Iran. The participants in this study were 12 behavior management and human resource professors and experts at Tejarat Bank who were selected by applying some restrictions. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that the important factors in controlling organizational misbehaviors include managerial, ethical, occupational, social, contextual, organizational, psychological, and health factors. Each factor accounted for some criteria that were categorized into 30 groups. Misbehaviors decline stakeholders’ trust in the organization or even cause the collapse of the organization. thusorganizations need to take proactive measures to address these factors and mitigate the potential negative consequences of misbehavior. By understanding the underlying causes and implementing appropriate policies and interventions, organizations can create a more positive and productive work environment. This study provides valuable insights that can inform the development of effective strategies for managing and preventing organizational misbehaviors.
