One of the strategies of supply chain managers is to deploy smart technologies in the reverse supply chain to manage and reduce environmental pollution and preserve resources. This research has analyzed the relationships between the dimensions and criteria of the smart reverse supply chain strategic in the rubber industry with a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative). The community of the qualitative part of the research includes 15 experts from the senior managers of the rubber industry, who were selected by targeted non-probability sampling and using the snowball technique. The quantitative sector community includes 272 expert managers of the rubber industry. The findings of the qualitative part with the combined content analysis (deductive-inductive) have shown that the model has five dimensions and 17 criteria. Then, the network map of the relationships between them was determined using the fuzzy DEMATEL method. The findings showed that the dimensions of "strategic smart", "infrastructure and technology", "logistics system" and "information integration" are effective on "strategic cooperation with partners" respectively in the intelligent reverse supply chain. Next, the relationships were tested with the structural equation modeling method and the findings of this section showed that the relationship between "strategic smart" with "infrastructure and technology", "logistics system", "information integration" and "strategic cooperation with partners" It was confirmed positively and meaningfully. Also, the relationship between "infrastructure and technology" and "logistics system" was confirmed with "information integration".
