چکیده مقاله :
هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی مدل سواد اطلاعاتی معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهر کامیاران متناسب با حیطه کاری و پژوهشی این معلمان میباشد. جامعه¬ی اماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان زن و مرد مشغول به خدمت در مقاطع تحصیلی متوسطه اول و دوم شهرستان کامیاران بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول گرجسی و مورگان 210 نفر تعیین شد که به روش نمونه¬گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سواد اطلاعاتی محقق ساخته بود. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تایید و روایی با استفاده از روایی همگرا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیهوتحلیل داده¬ها با استفاده از نرم¬افزار SPSS نسخه 24و PLS نسخه 3 انجام شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از جداول آمار توصیفی، آزمون t تک نمونه و معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته¬ها نشان داد اثرگذاری متغیرهای کتابخانه¬ای و مهارتهای فناوری بالا در سطح مطلوب گزارش شده است. همچنین مهارت¬های فناوری و کتابخانه¬¬ای شامل توانایی در تنوع و روش-های جستجو، انعطافپذیری در مواجهه با اطلاعات جدید، توانایی در تشخیص درست از نادرست، توانایی در روشن¬سازی و اشاعه اطلاعات میزان تسلط در شناخت منابع و ابزارها و توانایی توصیف و بازنگری اطلاعات بود. با توجه به ضریب تعیین اثر همه ابعاد سواد اطلاعاتی در پژوهش، این مدل موجب ایجاد چارچوبی هدفمند بهمنظور حرکت جامعه معلمان بهسوی توسعه سواد اطلاعاتی پایدار خواهد شد. درنظرگرفتن شش بعد توانایی در تنوع و روش¬های جستجو؛ انعطافپذیری در مواجهه با اطلاعات جدید؛ توانایی در تشخیص درست از نادرست؛ توانایی در روشن¬سازی و اشاعه اطلاعات؛ میزان تسلط در شناخت منابع و ابزارها توانایی توصیف و بازنگری اطلاعات می¬توان به غنیسازی مهارت سواد اطلاعاتی پرداخت. با درنظرگرفتن مهارتهای فناوری و کتابخانهای میتوان به غنیسازی مهارتهای سواد اطلاعاتی پرداخت.
The main goal of this research is to design a model of information literacy for high school teachers in Kamiyaran city according to the work and research scope of these teachers. The statistical population of the research was all male and female teachers working in the first and second secondary education levels of Kamiyaran city. The sample size was determined using the Georgesi and Morgan table of 210 people who were selected by simple random sampling. The research tool was the researcher-made information literacy questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was investigated using confirmatory factor analysis and validity using convergent validity. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 24 and PLS version 3 software. Descriptive statistics tables, single sample t test and structural equations were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the effectiveness of library variables and high technology skills were reported at a desirable level. Also, technology and library skills include the ability to diversify and search methods, flexibility in facing new information, the ability to distinguish right from wrong, the ability to clarify and disseminate information, the degree of mastery in knowing sources and tools and Ability to describe and review information. Considering the coefficient of determining the effect of all aspects of information literacy in the research, this model will create a targeted framework for the movement of the community of teachers towards the development of sustainable information literacy. Considering the six dimensions of ability in diversity and search methods; flexibility in facing new information; Ability to distinguish right from wrong; Ability to clarify and disseminate information; The degree of mastery in knowing sources and tools, the ability to describe and review information can be used to enrich information literacy skills. By considering technology and library skills, information literacy skills can be enriched.
