رابطه بین نگرش معلمان در خصوص استفاده از فناوریهای آموزشی با انگیزه و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه نگرش معلمان نسبت به کاربرد فناوریهای آموزشی در فرآیند تدریس با انگیزه تحصیلی و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان بوده است. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از نوع مطالعات کاربردی میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان دوره اول متوسطه شهر میرجاوه به تعداد 286 نفر بود. نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به تعداد 164 نفر و به شیوه تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند جهت جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه پیشرفت تحصیلی اسدی گنجی(1389)، انگیزه تحصیلی رشید(1391) و کاربرد فناوری های آموزشی ستاری(1390) استفاده شده است. روایی صوری ابزار توسط صاحب نظران و متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. پایایی با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر 75/0، 78/0 و 71/0 به دست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون T با دو گروه مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین نگرش معلمان نسبت به کاربرد فناوری های آموزشی در فرآیند تدریس با انگیزه تحصیلی، پیشرفت تحصیلی و بین انگیزه تحصیلی با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و بین نگرش معلمان نسبت به کاربرد فناوریهای آموزشی در فرآیند تدریس سابقه تدریس تفاوت معنی داری دارد.
The purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between teachers' attitude towards the use of educational technologies in teaching process with academic motivation and academic achievement of students. This is a descriptive correlational and applied study. The statistical population consisted of all teachers of the first high school of Mirjaveh (286). The statistical sample was selected by Cochran formula and 164 individuals were selected through simple random sampling. Three questionnaires of academic achievement (Asadi & Gangi, 2010), academic motivation (Rashid et al, 2012) and educational technology (Satari et al, 2011) were used for data collection. The face validity of the tool has been confirmed by experts and experts. Cronbach's alpha was 0.75, 0.78 and 0.71, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between teachers' attitude towards the use of educational technologies in teaching process with academic motivation, academic achievement and between educational attitudes and students' academic achievement, and between teachers' attitude towards the use of educational technologies in teaching process, There is no difference in gender and field of instruction, but there is a significant difference in teaching history.
