        Injection molding is one of the most common processes which are used for manufacturing different plastic parts. This method includes 3 continuous steps: filling of the mold, cooling and driving the part out. A wide range of plastic and Non-Plastic materials can be used as raw material in this process. One of the most important advantages of this way of production is that it is very economic. In this study packing time & melt temperature effects on shrinkage of a thin sheet made of wood- HDPE composite has been investigated. Based on previous works, defining a thin sheet means the ratio of length to thickness of it should be at least 100. The results were obtained after manufacturing of different pieces and 3D scanning using CATIA software package. Finally the results were represented and compared using EXCEL. Main parameters such as packing time and melt temperature were studied in 4 levels. The method used for designing of experiments is full factorial. The main goals in this study were to reduce the number of defected parts and recommend appropriate process parameters to producethin sheetsmade of wood-HDPE composite. Having this information will result in saving time and reducing the production costs. It has been seen that by increasing the packing time and lowering the temperature, the shrinkage was reduced.         2 - Investigating the Effect of Titanium Addition on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ni-Hard 4 Cast Iron

In this study the effect of titanium addition (1.2, 0.7 and 0.2 wt.%) to the Ni-hard 4 cast iron with the nominal composition of Si= 1.5%, Mn=0.5%, C=3%, P=0.05%, S= 0.05%, Mo= 0.1%, Cr= 8% and Ni= 5.5% was investigated. This study was focused on the hardness, tensile strength, wear resistance and microstructural changes of the Ni-hard 4 cast iron. The results were compared with the Ni-hard 4 titanium free cast iron and demonstrated that the carbide morphology changes from rough plane to the flower leaf due to titanium addition. In addition, results showed that by increasing the percentage of titanium, hardness, strength and wear resistance is improved. In the samples with 1.3% titanium, the hardness, strength and wear resistance improved for 35, 22.5 and 85% respectively as compared with the titanium-free samples. This behavior is a consequence of the chromium carbide replacement with the hard titanium carbides as well as grain refining. Investigating the worn out surface of the samples showed that the predominant wear mechanism is the combination of the adhesive and tibo-chemical. Manuscript profile

        Nowadays, issues such as global climate change, poverty and inequity, and the unsustainable use of resources are driving organizations to incorporate the principles of sustainable development into projects. Sustainable development of organizations and companies requires consideration of all three sustainability dimensions: environmental, economic and social should integrate economic, social and environment benefits in projects. Therefore assessment and evaluation of projects success in sustainability can specify policies and procedures of the organization to achieve the final goals in organization future. The purpose of this study is to establish a systematic method for assessment of effective factors on success of sustainable project. Suggested method will enable that evaluate success of project to meet requirement of sustainability. This method focused on five aspects of sustainability and nine knowledge areas of project management. Steps in this method lead framework of assessment sustainability in projects. Data is gathered by interview from experts and is used analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique to ranking of effective factors. All of steps are prepared according to the conceptual model.         Light-weight and high strength alloys such as Al-Mg alloys are used in order to reduce the weight of industrial components. However these materials should be formed at elevated temperatures due to their poor formability at room temperature. Hot metal gas forming is one of the high-tech forming processes that is used to solve this problem. Recent investigation on tube hydroforming showed positive effect of oscillation of pressure paths in improving the formability of tubes. In this study, the effects of a sinusoidal pressure path on tube wall thinning of an Al6063 tube in HMGF processis investigated and the results are compared with equal constant pressure by the finite element method.Moreover, the effect of stroke on thickness reduction of the tube is also investigated. The results show that the proposed sinusoidal pressure paths have an obvious improvement of thinning in hot metal gas bulging of tube and some defects such as necking and bursting are prevented by the oscillation of the inner pressure. Commonly, firms have considered cost criteria to select their suppliers. Despite the fact that there are various papers considering the formal criteria in supplier selection, there is a few limited numbers considering the environmental issues. This study will use both traditional and environmental criteria and will offer a combined approach to identify and ranking of the criteria for green supplier selection in petrochemical industry. The One-SampleT-Test is to be used to identify the appropriate criteria, using the Pareto principle the relationships between the criteriaareobtainedand the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) is to be used to calculateweights of green supplier selection’s criteriaconsidering the criteria interdependencies in petrochemical industry.         This paper presents a robust fractional order controller for flexible-joint electrically driven robots under imperfect transformation of control space. The proposed approach is free from manipulator dynamics, thus free from problems associated with torque control strategy in the design and implementation. As a result, the proposed controller is simple, fast response and superior to the torque control approaches. It can guarantee robustness of control system to both structured and unstructured uncertainties associated with robot dynamics. The control method is verified by stability analysis. Simulation results on a two-link actuated flexible-joint robot show the effectiveness of the proposed control approach. Manuscript profile
