This study tries to review actual customers of banks and identify the effect of e-CRM system on attracting bank deposits with a scientific method Descriptive statistics to summarize data and describe them and inferential statistical methods such as PLS structural model to intended testing hypotheses, we used to . The statistical population included all actual customers of Eghtesad Novin, Ayandeh, Keshavarzi, and Melli banks in Tehran. . To determine the sample size formula Kokaran to be used in large community sample size was 150 . After sampling, the questionnaire was given to them and their views were analyzed using statistical indicators. To verify the questionnaire validity some supervisors and experts were referred. After receiving their opinions, the initial questionnaire was amended and approved .the questionnaire reliability was calculated using PLS and smart pls. Finally, after data analysis using PLS; it was found that the e-CRM implementation and the commitment, promotional and analytical dimensions are effective in attracting bank deposits according to the statistical sample. Entrepreneurship, which is the process of identifying, evaluating and developing opportunities, has been recently identified as the most important element in the economic development of countries in various areas and industries, including banking industry. Since opportunity identification is the first step in entrepreneurship, the present research attempts to investigate and prioritize the individual, organizational and environmental factors affecting the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities in IT divisions of banking industry. The research population includes 100 experts, elites and entrepreneurs in IT divisions of banking industry in Tehran from which a sample of 80 has been selected. A descriptive and correlational method has been applied; questionnaires have been used to gather data; and their validity and reliability have been respectively tested though divergent and convergent validity and Cronbach’s alpha. The research findings indicate that organizational, industrial; macro environmental as well as individual psychological and non-psychological factors affect the process of entrepreneurial opportunities identification. Furthermore, the most effective and significant dimensions in banking industry are related to the industry and individual and organizational characteristics. It is also suggested that the role of other factors such as education and R & D in entrepreneurship to be investigated in further studies. Manuscript profile

Currently, acquisition of resources in banks is subject to attraction of the resources of banking customers. Meanwhile, the Bank’s valuable customers are one of the best resources to make profit for banks. Several different models are introduced for evaluation of profitability of the customers; but most of them are classical models and they are unable to evaluate the customers in complete and optimized manner. In this way, the conditions are ready to enter artificial intelligence to this scope. In this study, we tried to design an intellectual system for identification of valuable customers of Bank. Such a model is capable of reasoning and explaining the expert system together with adaptation and learning capability of neural network at the same time. Expertise is added to it through data mining. As a result, evaluating the proposed model is done through transaction data of the customer, and accuracy of 95.46 percent is gained. Manuscript profile

The use of Cloud Computing has increasedrapidly in many organization .Cloud Computing provides many benefits in terms of low cost and accessibility of data. In addition Cloud Computing was predicted to transform the computing world from using local applications and storage into centralized services provided by organization.[10] Ensuring the security of Cloud Computing is major factor in the Cloud Computing environment. Security and privacy are the key issues for Cloud Computing and still face some enormous challenges. This article contains a review of ten technical literatures relating security challenges and security issues of Cloud Computing. I review the methodology and subsequently solution, analysis, finding and other important points in these lectures. This article summarizes ten lectures which can be utilized as a brief reference for researchers about Security issues in Cloud Computing. Manuscript profile

Audit has become an essential topic in the world because there is much evidence about deliberate manipulations in the reports. One of the concerns in the field of audit is discovery and search of the financial statements and the high volume of bulk data. This study tried to suggest the appropriate method to detect these frauds due to the data which has been available and a proposed algorithm. Research data of the Greek companies have been used and the results of output show that about 83 percent correct prediction are shown in the output. Manuscript profile

In the current challenging world, organizations in order to compete on the world stage, satisfying the needs and expectations of the customers and adapting to the changing nature of jobs, trying tohairthe staff who operates beyond the responsibility and their designated role in the jobs’ Description Because it is believed that operation evaluation are reflected by this behavior and it will influence Staff’ participation in programs, and it can be a affecting factor in job involvement, organizational commitment and self-esteem. We examine the role of organisational citizenship behaviours (OCBs) in two types of open innovation—inbound and outbound. Data were collected using the questionnaire survey technique from middle and top managers working in high-tech industries in Isfahan. Results show that OCBs positively predict both inbound and outbound open innovation. A closer look reveals that OCBs relate positively to out-bound open innovation in aggregate and in isolation. However, OCBs relate to in-bound open innovation in aggregate only. The implications of these results are discussed and limitations of the study are highlighted. Manuscript profile

The article attempts to have neural network and genetic algorithm techniques present a model for classification on dataset. The goal is design model can the subject acted a firewall in network and this model with compound optimized algorithms create reliability and accuracy and reduce error rate couse of this is article use feedback neural network and compared to previous methods increase accuracy classification rate and reduce error rate. The proposed method increased with simulation accuracy of 99.97 percent. Manuscript profile
