About the journal
Creative City Design is an open access, peer-reviewed publication covering urbanism, urban planning and urban design, architecture, and built environment studies. CCD is quarterly published by Mashhad Branch, Islamic Azad University, Mashhad, Iran, and receives NO PUBLICATION FEE from authors. The journal aims at establishing a bridge between theory and practice in the fields of architectural and design research, urban design, urban planning, urban development, and built environment studies. A broad outline of the journal scope includes high-quality original research papers, review papers, short communications, case and technical reports and notes to the editor.
The journal is open access and makes its content freely accessible. and allow readers to 'read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts' of its articles with an appropriate citation to journal.
“This journal is following of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards in accordance with ethical laws”.The journal is open access under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 and makes its content freely accessible, which allows users to read, copy, distribute and make derivative works for non-commercial purposes from the material, as long as the author of the original work is cited properl.
All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through a trustworthy software named iThenticate to be assured about its originality and then rigorously peer-reviewed by the international reviewers.
In line with the decision Dated 1399/05/06 registered No. 18092 of the Central Organization of Islamic Azad University, it was agreed to publish the Creative City Design journal as a bi-quarterly by the end of 2020.
Due to the necessity of indexing this scientific journal in the databases, the submission and display of free ORCID and academic email is required for all authors of the Manuscript (especially the Correspond Author). Therefore, the respected authors are asked to apply for the ORCID Research ID code before submitting the article. Also please use academic email to upload Manuscript.
