  ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪﻑ تحلیل وتبیین جامعه‌شناختی تاثیر استفاده ازفضای مجازی(تلگرام واینستاگرام)بر گرایش به سبک زندگی مدرن انجام شده است. چهارچوب نظری این پژوهش با توجه به نظریات گیدنز،کاستلز،چنی،بوردیو،مک کامبزوشاو،عاملی وزیمل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت،در این تحقیق سعی شده است تاثیر فضای مجازی بر شکل گیری سبک زندگی مدرن مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. برای سنجش اعتبار سوالات پرسشنامه از اعتبار صوری( توافق متخصصان) و برای سنجش پایایی از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است که پایایی آن نیز با 80/0 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پس از بررسی و مطالعۀ مباحث و دیدگاه‌های گوناگون انجام شده دربارۀ تاثیر استفاده ازفضای مجازی بر گرایش به سبک زندگی مدرن در خصوص روابط میان متغیرها، 6 فرضیه مختلف مطرح شد و مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. گردآوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌ای که توسط خود محقق طراحی شده بود، صورت گرفت واطلاعات لازم از طریق مصاحبه با جامعه آماری مورد تحقیق بدست آمد. نمونۀ آماری ما در این تحقیق شامل 360 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستانی بودند که در شهرشهریار مشغول تحصیل بودند. برای انتخاب نمونه‌ها نیز در این تحقیق از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ایی دومرحله ایی وتصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین میزان استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی وگرایش به سبک زندگی مدرن دربعد رفتارهای اجتماعی،آداب ورسوم،مدیریت بدن،الگوی مصرف رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.در مقابل در این پژوهش مشخص شد بین شبکه‌های اجتماعی و اوقات فراغت نوجوانان ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد. پرونده مقاله

  The development of modern housing has been accompanied by less attention paid to the versatility and the variation of the living spaces. The quality of residential spaces has declined to a degree that the home has merely become a place to meet physical needs and many psychological problems have been neglected. Recognizing the factors affecting the environmental capabilities of today’s housing and design for improving the quality of life can create a desirable effect on the residents’ satisfaction. The present study was conducted to achieve the satisfaction of residents with creating a diversified and versatile (adaptable) space and investigate the effect of flexibility components on their satisfaction level. For this purpose, a residential complex in Isfahan (an Iranian city) was selected as the case study. This qualitative research was performed using library studies, field survey, and questionnaire. By examining the concepts of flexibility, the theoretical framework of the research was extracted. Then, according to the research’s background, the valuation of housing units was done in 7 plan types and three plan types with the highest average score were sampled. Finally, 38 residents of these units were questioned. The results showed that among 9 components effective on the concept flexibility, three factors of visual diversity, air moderation, and spatial hierarchy in all studied units are most important in terms of listener’s questions and play a significant role in the satisfaction of the residents of the flexible atmosphere. پرونده مقاله

  Today, since the contemporary world is changing to meet the needs of various people, the aim should be to provide a condition for areas and buildings in order to respond to the needs of various shapes, its future audience requirements, adaptability, flexibility, versatility, etc. Since the scarcity of environmental resources and ecological crises in the world today cannot justify the demolition and reconstruction of areas is more important. So areas should be designed in such a way to compliance with the contemporary needs. Moreover, it can be adaptive to its future audience. The method used in this research is descriptive-analysis collected using questionnaires and library tools and the software SPSS and factor analysis to analyze to express the characteristics and the reliance of each one. The results show that between the effective factors on the admissibility of space users, flexibility has the greatest impact on Adaptability and also its sub-variable (ranging versatility) has the greatest impact on flexibility of the place, and after that, fluidity factors, scalability, flexibility, and eventually, convertibility has had impact in monument of Bu-Ali which is located in Hamedan city Subsequently and convertibility is the least factor influencing the flexibility in monument of Bu-Ali in Hamedan. پرونده مقاله
