  امروزه به دنبال گسترش شهرنشینی و رشد فزاینده جمعیت، شهرها با مشکلات متعددی از جمله عدم بهره مندی متناسب تمامی شهروندان از خدمات شهری مواجه می باشند. خدمات درمانی به طور ویژه به عنوان یکی از کاربری های مهم شهری که جمعیت قابل توجهی با آن سروکار دارند و سطوح قابل توجهی از فضای شهری را نیز به خود اختصاص می دهد، با مشکلاتی چون کمبود، توزیع نامتناسب با نیازهای جمعیتی، عدم رعایت همجواری ها و... روبه رو می باشند. اینک هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل پراکنش مراکز درمانی در سطح شهر پیرانشهر و مکان یابی درمانگاه های جدید با توجه به کمبود شهر می باشد. روش انجام تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی است. به منظور طبقه بندی و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از مدل های ANP و AHP، میانگین نزدیک ترین همسایه، شاخص Moran's I و مدل تحلیل شبکه استفاده و برای انجام این عملیات از نرم افزارهای ARC/GIS ، Expert choice و Super Decisions بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج حاصل از نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که مراکز درمانی شهر پیرانشهر از نظر سازگاری با سایر کاربری ها و همچنین از نظر دسترسی، نامتناسب است. سپس با تلفیق لایه های مختلف کاربری های تأثیرگذار، نقشه نهایی فضاهای بهینه جهت احداث درمانگاه های جدید تهیه و پیشنهاد گردید. پرونده مقاله

  The purpose of this research was analyzing factors affecting non-participation of stakeholders in rangeland management projects. The research method was descriptive-correlative design in ranches of Piranshahr rangelands in western Azerbaijan province, Iran. All ranches that studied (Zioke Yurd, Ziuke Mirgah Chaku, Khargedashan Yurd and Gardeh Bon), are utilized in common use manner. Simple random sampling was used as sampling method. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan table. The 157 stakeholders were determined. Questionnaire served as research tool and was completed through direct interviews with stakeholders. The findings showed significant correlation between age and non-participation of stakeholders. Also prioritization of non-participation of stakeholders in range management plans indicate that low literacy (education level) and lack of sufficient knowledge about the range management project, lack of programs and restoration of projects fitness to regional conditions and small area were the most important social, managerial, technical and economic factors affect the non-participation of stakeholders in the range management projects. پرونده مقاله

  In this paper, the geotechnical analysis was used to zoning of Iranshahr city with an emphasis on the allowed load capacity of the foundation, based on information of 26 boreholes related to projects in the city, has been prepared. Accordingly, the mechanical properties of the soil, according to the results of direct shear tests, shear wave and SPT number are determined and then the bearing capacity for strip foundation with a width of 2 and 1 m and a depth of 5 / A and A is calculated and the bearing capacity map, Authorized.
