  1 - بررسی فیتوشیمیایی اسانس گیاه نوروزک (Salvia leriifolia Benth.) در مراحل مختلف رشد و رویشگاه‌های طبیعی و گلخانه‌ای

  گیاه نوروزک (Salvia leriifolia Benth.) متعلق به تیره نعنا است و اغلب به‌عنوان آنتی‌اکسیدان، ضدباکتری و مسکن در درمان عفونت‌های دیابتی استفاده می‌شود. در این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی فیتوشیمیایی اسانس، گیاه در مراحل مختلف رشد از زیستگاه طبیعی و سپس مقایسه آن با شرایط گلخانه چکیده کامل

  گیاه نوروزک (Salvia leriifolia Benth.) متعلق به تیره نعنا است و اغلب به‌عنوان آنتی‌اکسیدان، ضدباکتری و مسکن در درمان عفونت‌های دیابتی استفاده می‌شود. در این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی فیتوشیمیایی اسانس، گیاه در مراحل مختلف رشد از زیستگاه طبیعی و سپس مقایسه آن با شرایط گلخانه ای، برگ‌های گیاه در مراحل مختلف رویشی، گلدهی و رسیدگی بذر در بهار 1391 از منطقه آبخوان سبزوار واقع در استان خراسان رضوی برداشت گردید و همزمان برگ‌های کشت شده همین گیاه در شرایط گلخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری و خشک گردید.اسانس نمونه‌ها به روش تقطیر با آب (طرح کلونجر) استخراج و توسط دستگاه GC و GC/MS آنالیز شد. نتایج نشان داد در فاز گلدهی، گیاه از بیشترین میزان اسانس (04/1 درصد) و به ترتیب کامفور (85/23 درصد)، بتا-پینن (8/9 درصد)، 1و8-سینئول (04/8 درصد) و آلفا-پینن (87/6 درصد) از بیشترین مقدار در فاز گلدهی برخوردار بودند و اینکه که در هر دو رویشگاه به‌ترتیب کامفور ، بتا-پینن و آلفا- پینن از بیشترین مقدار در اسانس برخوردار بودند و این در صورتی است که در فاز رسیدگی بذر کمترین میزان اسانس (65/0 درصد) رسیده و کامفور گزارش نشده است و میزان کامفور گزارش شده که در فاز گلدهی گیاه و مخصوصاً در رویشگاه طبیعی به بالاترین مقدار خود (85/23 درصد) رسیده است پرونده مقاله

  Background & Aim: Artemisia species with common Persian name of Dermaneh are found all over Iran and are used for treatment in infectious diseases such as malaria, hepatitis and other diseases. Some Artemisia species are used in traditionally as tonic and anti-helmintic in north of Iran. Artemisia haussknechtii is used in dyspepsia and other gastrointestinal disorders by local people in the western part of Iran. Experimental: The plant materials were collected from Chamashk in South of Khoramabad in Lorestan province at three stages including before flowering, full flowering and post flowering stages and subjected to hydrodistillation using a Cleavenger type apparatus for 2 h. Results & Discussion: The results showed that yields of essential oil were 1.2%, 2.5% and 1.6% w/w before flowering, full flowering and fruiting stages, respectively. Thirty three, sixteen and twenty nine compounds were identified in oils before flowering, full flowering and post flowering stages, respectively. Camphor, 1,8-cineol and cis-Davanone and limonene were the main components of essential oil of different growth stages. Also camphor as the main constituent was obtained from flowering stage Recommended applications/industries: Camphor as the main component of essential oil has shown health benefits as a stimulant, antispasmodic, antiseptic, decongestant, anesthetic, sedative, anti-inflammatory, and insecticide substance. پرونده مقاله
