بررسی وضعیت ید در خون و شیر گاوداریهای صنعتی استان اصفهان

به منظور تعیین میزان ید خون در گاوهای شیری گاوداریهای صنعتی شهرستان اصفهان، تعداد 11 گاوداری بطور تصادفی انتخاب و با توجه به ظرفیت هر گاوداری در زمستان و تابستان از گاوهای شیری که از لحاظ تولید، وزن و سایر صفات در شرایط مشابهی قرار داشتند، در تابستان 135 گاو و در زمستان 162 گاو بطور تصادفی انتخاب و از آنها نمونه خون و شیر جمع آوری گردید و پس از جداسازی پلاسما غلظت ید با روش سندل- کولتهف اندازه گیری شد. حداقل و حداکثر میزان ید خون در فصل زمستان به ترتیب 93/9 (گاوداری شماره 9) و 15/46 (گاوداری شماره10) میکروگرم بر لیتر و حداقل و حداکثر میزان ید خون در فصل زمستان به ترتیب 9/17 (گاوداری شماره 6) و 17/56 (گاوداری شماره 5) میکروگرم بر لیتر بود. این مطالعه نشان داد که میزان ید خون در تابستان (μg/L4/42) بیش از فصل زمستان (μg/L 10/27) بود(05/0P<). مقایسه میانگین ید خون نشان داد که علیرغم شباهت نسبی اجزای اصلی جیره، نوع و مقدار مکمل معدنی مصرفی، کمبود ید در گاوهای شیری منطقه یک مشکل عمومی محسوب می شود. همچنین مشخص گردید که استفاده از مکمل های معدنی رایج در بازار نتوانسته است نیاز دام به ید را تأمین نماید. بنابراین چنین نتیجه گیری می شود که جبران کمبود ید در تغذیه گاوهای شیری منطقه با استفاده از انواع مکمل های پایدار معدنی ید و یا انواع تزریقی آن امری ضروری است.
Iodine is an essential trace element for dairy cattle. Recent studies in Iran showed that endemic goiter is prevalent in many parts of Iran as well as Isfahan. In the winter, and summer, 11 dairy farms from different geographical reigns in Isfahan were selected randomly for iodine status study. Blood, and milk samples were collected from 135 milking cows in the summer, and 162 cows in winter. A total number of 367 blood samples, and 267 milk samples were collected. Lactating cows that were in a similar condition were selected for this study. The total plasma (or serum) iodine, and iodine in milk were assayed by the Sandell-Kolthoff reaction. The results of this study showed that, Iodine in blood ranged from (Minimum) 9.93 μg/l to 46.15 μg/l (Maximum) in winter and from 17.9 μg/l (Minimum) to 56.17 μg/l (Maximum). The result of this study showed that, milk iodine level was not a good index for iodine statues in dairy cattle; it was very variable because of teat dipping during every milking. This study indicated that imputes of common mineral supplements could not adequately provide iodine for dairy cattle diet in these farms.
