شناسایی عوامل موثر بر امنیت و ایمنی رویدادهای ورزش در مسابقات دانش آموزی

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر امنیت و ایمنی رویدادهای ورزش در مسابقات دانش آموزی بود. روش این تحقیق به صورت کیفی و براساس رویکرد داده بنیاد به شیوه رهیافت گلیزری انجام شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات با 17 نفر از خبرگان آشنا با حوزة ایمنی رویدادهای ورزشی، ورزش مدارس و ناظران مسابقات دانش آموزی در سطح ملی مصاحبه‌های بدون ساختار تا رسیدن به اشباع‌نظری به شیوه هدفمند انجام شد و داده‌ها به صورت همزمان با استفاده از مجموعه‌ای از کدگذاری های باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. همچنین برای سنجش پایایی از روش پایایی بازآزمون مصاحبه‌ها که برابر 85/0 بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل همچون ایمنی امکانات سالن‌ها و فضاهای ورزشی، عوامل فیزیولوژیکی، عوامل روان‌شناختی، بهداشت فردی و اجتماعی، و مدیریت و برنامه ریزی به عنوان عوامل موثر بر امنیت و ایمنی رویدادهای ورزش در مسابقات دانش آموزی شناسایی شدند. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌شود که مقوله‌های فرعی استخراج شده از این پژوهش با تاکید بر پیشگیری از بروز حوادث، ترویج فرهنگ ایمنی، برنامه ریزی و مدیریت ایمنی در رویدادهای ورزشی دانش‌آموزی قبل و حین برگزاری مسابقات دانش آموزی مدنظر قرار گیرد.
The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the safety and security of sporting events in student competitions. The method of this research was qualitative and based on the data approach of the foundation using the Glaser approach. In order to collect information with 17 experts familiar with the field of sports event safety, school sports and observers of student competitions at the national level, unstructured interviews were conducted in a purposeful manner until the saturation was reached, and the data were analyzed simultaneously using a set of open codings, Pivotal and selective. To measure the reliability of the interviews, the reliability of the interviews test was obtained, which was equal to 0.85. The results showed that specialized management of safety process (central category), 5 components of safety of gym facilities and spaces, physiological factors, psychological factors, personal and social health, and management and planning as factors affecting the safety and security of sporting events in Student competitions were identified. Based on the results of the research, it is suggested that the sub-categories extracted from this research should be considered with emphasis on preventing accidents, promoting safety culture, planning and managing safety in student sports events before and during student competitions.
