چکیده مقاله :
چکیدهاین پژوهش با هدف بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل رابطه اعتیاد به کار با رضایت از زندگی صورت گرفت. جامعهآماری این پژوهش شامل زنان شاغل فرهنگی در آموزش و پرورش شهر یزد میباشد که با استفاده ازجدول مورگان، تعداد نمونه آماری 181 برآورد شد. جهت جمع آوری دادهها از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شد.داینر و SWLS پرسشنامه اعتیاد به کار اسپنس و رابینز ( 1992 ) و برای رضایت از زندگی از پرسشنامههمکاران ( 1985 ) استفاده شده که براساس مقیاس لیکرت پاسخ داده شد. روش نمونهگیری در دسترسبوده و 190 پرسشنامه توزیع شد که در نهایت 167 پرسشنامه برگشت داده شد و تعداد 161 قابل قبولبود و در تجزیه و تحلیل از آنها استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای جمعآوری شده، از روشاستفاده شد. نتایج SMAERT PLS تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارپژوهش نشان داد که به طور کلی اعتیاد به کار بر رضایت از زندگی معلمان زن دارای رابطهای منفی ومعنادار است و همچنین سه بعد اعتیاد به کار نیز بر روی رضایت از زندگی خانوادگی رابطه منفی و معناداریدارد. اما بر روی رضایت از زندگی خود تاثیری ندارد
