چکیده مقاله :
آلودگیهای انگلی باعث کاهش تولید شده و خسارات زیادی به صنعت آبزیپروری وارد میکنند. شناسایی انگلها برای پیشگیری از آلودگیها و بیماریهای انگلی ماهیان ضروری میباشد. تاکنون فون انگلی ماهیان رودخانه فهلیان مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی انگلهای کپورماهیان انتخابی رودخانه فهلیان شهرستان نورآباد ممسنی استان فارس انجام گرفت.بدین منظور در سال 1393 تعداد 85 قطعه ماهی از 3 گونه کپورماهی رودخانه فهلیان شامل برگبیدی (Albumusmossulensis)، بوتک یا لوتک (Cyprnionmacrostomum) و دشتارژنی (Capoetabarroissipersica) از سه ایستگاه رودخانه فهلیان صید و از لحاظ انگلهای احشایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در مجموع 4 گونه انگل شامل یک ترماتود دیژن (Allocreadium sp.)، یک سستود (sp.Bothriocephalus.) و دو نماتود(Rhabochonasp. و Cuculanussp.) جداسازی و شناسایی گردید. بیشترین و کمترین درصد آلودگی انگلی به ترتیب مربوط به انگلآلوکرادیومو بوتریوسفالوسبود. همچنین ماهی دشتارژنی و بوتک بهترتیب بیشترین و کمترین درصد آلودگی انگلی را به خود اختصاص دادند. رابطه معنیداری بین آلودگی گونههای مختلف ماهی و بین اندامهای آلوده نیز مشاهده نگردید. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه تمامی ماهیهای مورد مطالعه (بهجز انگل رابدوکونا که از ماهی بوتک جدا شده بود) بهعنوان میزبانان جدید انگلهای آلوکرادیوم، بوتریوسفالوس، رابدوکونا و کوکولانوس معرفی میشوند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Parasitic infections cause huge losses to the aquaculture industry by reducing production. Identification of parasites is necessary to prevent infections and parasitic diseases of fish.Theparasitic fauna of fishes in Fahlian River has not been determined yet. This study was carried out to identify parasites in selected cyprinid fish in Fahlian River of Mamasani, Fars Province. For this purpose, 85 cyprinid fish of 3 species including Alburnus mossulensis, Cyprinion macrostomum and Capoeta barroisi persica were caught from 3 stations of Fahlian River in 2014 and examined in terms of visceral parasites. A total of 4 parasitic species were isolated and identified, including 1 digenean trematode (Allocreadium sp.), 1 cestode (Bothriocephalus sp.) and 2 nematodes (Rhabochona sp. and Cuculanus sp.). The highest and lowest percentage of parasitic infestation was related to Allocreadium sp. and Bothriocephalussp. respectively. Also Capoeta barroisi persica and Cyprinion macrostomum demonstrated the highest and the lowest percentage of parasitic infection respectively. There was no significant relationship between infection of fish species and the infected organs. Based on the results of this study, all the studied fish (except Rhabochona sp. which was previously isolated from Cyprinion macrostomum) were introduced as new hosts of Allocreadium sp., Bothriocephalus sp., Rhabochona sp. and Cuculanus sp. in Iran.
