بررسی علل و پیامدهای طلاق صوری از دیدگاه مدیران سازمان تامین اجتماعی

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه : امروزه با پیشرفت جوامع و گسترش علوم و قوانین؛ بشر ضمن بهره مندی از آثار مثبت آن، در معرض مشکلات جدیدی قرارگرفته است. در پاره ای از موارد پیشرفت ها در قالب قوانین و مقررات در جامعه نمود پیدا می کنند و اهداف این قوانین حفظ ارزشهای انسانی و اجتماعی می باشد که گاهی مورد بهره برداری منفی قرار می گیرد از آن جمله می توان به مسئله طلاق صوری اشاره کرد هدف این پژوهش بررسی علل و پیامدهای طلاق های صوری زنان مستمری بگیر مطلقه صوری از دیدگاه مدیران سازمان تامین اجتماعی می باشد. روش : این پژوهش کیفی بوده و به روش میدانی انجام شده است و روش نمونه گیری آن هدفمند و از میان مدیران تامین اجتماعی و ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه می باشد . نتایج : ازنظر مدیران ، دلایل عمده طلاق صوری به عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاست‌های نظام تأمین اجتماعی، فقدان پوشش نهادهای متولی مساعدت‌های اجتماعی، رفتارهای فرصت-طلبانه و سودجویانه و نقش رسانه بوده و از پیامدهای طلاق صوری به تأثیرات اجتماعی همچون فروپاشی بنیان خانواده، رواج فساد اخلاقی، شکسته شدن قبح طلاق، بروز بی‌عدالتی و ... اشاره کردند.
Introduction: Today, with the development of societies and the expansion of science and laws; Humanity, while benefiting from its positive effects, has been exposed to new problems. In some cases, developments are manifested in the form of laws and regulations in society And the goals of these laws are to preserve human and social values, which are sometimes negatively exploited Among them, we can mention the issue of virtual divorce. The purpose of this research is to investigate the causes and consequences of virtual divorces of divorced women pensioners from the point of view of social security organization managers.. Method: This research is qualitative and was conducted by field method And by using targeted sampling among managers and experts of social security organization And the data collection tool is interview. Results: According to managers, the main reasons for formal divorce are economic, social factors , policies of the social security system, lack of coverage by institutions in charge of social welfare , opportunistic and profit-seeking behaviors and the role of the media and the consequences of formal divorce they pointed to social effects such as the collapse of the family foundation, spread of moral corruption, breaking shame of divorce, occurrence of injustice,etc.
