چکیده مقاله :
از آنجا که بناهای تاریخی جزء اولین نقاطی هستند که اکثر مسافران با آن برخورد دارند و بخش عمده تصویر روستا شکل میگیرد، لذا پرداختن به این مسئله امری اجتنابناپذیر است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش بافت ها با ارزش روستایی در توسعه گردشگری روستاهای دهستان سمام شهرستان املش در استان گیلان می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف (نوع استفاده) یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام دادن تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی است. . برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از نظر 5 نفر از متخصصین حوزه برنامه ریزی روستایی استفاده شد. برای بررسی پایایی نیز از آلفای کرونباخ بهره گرفته شد که مقدار آن 81/0 و در وضعیت مطلوبی است. در قسمت تحلیل دادهها به کمک نرم افزارهای spss22 و AMOS به تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد که به طور کلی بافت های با ارزش روستایی بر توسعه گردشگری با ضریب تاثیر 21/0 و میزان معناداری 004/0، شاخص اقتصادی بر توسعه گردشگری با ضریب تاثیر 33/0 و مقدار معناداری 001/0، شاخص اجتماعی بر توسعه گردشگری با ضریب تاثیر 34/0 و میزان معناداری 000/0 و شاخص کالبدی بر توسعه گردشگری با ضریب تاثیر 72/0 و میزان معنادای 000/0 تاثیر گذار بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص کالبدی بر توسعه گردشگری با ضریب تاثیر 72/0 و میزان معناداری 000/0، بیشترین تاثیر و شاخص اقتصادی بر توسعه گردشگری با ضریب تاثیر 33/0 و میزان معنادای 001/0 کمترین تاثیر را داشته است.
Since historical buildings are among the first places that most travelers encounter and most of the image of the village is formed, so addressing this issue is inevitable. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of valuable rural textures in the development of tourism in the villages of Samam district of Amlash city in Gilan province. . To evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, 5 experts in the field of rural planning were used. Cronbach's alpha was used to check the reliability, which is 0.81 and is in good condition. In the data analysis section, the data were analyzed using spss22 and AMOS software. The results showed that in general, valuable rural textures on tourism development with an impact factor of 0.21 and a significance rate of 0.004, economic index on tourism development with an impact factor of 0.33 and a significant value of 0.001, social index on development Tourism with an impact factor of 0.34 and a significance rate of 0.000 and a physical index has been effective on tourism development with an impact factor of 0.72 and a significance rate of 0.000. The results showed that the physical index had the most impact on tourism development with an impact factor of 0.72 and a significance rate of 0.000, and the economic index had the least impact on tourism development with an impact factor of 0.33 and a significance rate of 0.001.
