واکاوی فضائی-کالبدی سطح آسیب پذیری بافتهای فرسوده شهری با استفاده از VIKOR و ANP مطالعه موردی: بافت مرکزی شهر ارومیه

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: افزایش جمعیت، حضور انسان، گسترش شهرنشینی و فضایی بی رویه موجبات ایجاد اختلالاتی در نظام عملکردی شهرها را پدید آورده است. بنابراین برنامه ریزی و مدیریت رویدادهای طبیعی باید به منزله یک هدف اصلی در همه مراحل برنامه ریزی و طراحی های توسعه شهر مد نظر قرار گرفته شود. هدف: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی محسوب می گردد و با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام گردیده است. بافت فرسوده بخش مرکزی شهر ارومیه با مساحت 7/277 هکتار به عنوان مطالعه موردی بررسی شده است. روش شناسی تحقیق: در این پژوهش از طریق بررسی منابع کتابخانه ای و مطالعات پیشین و همچنین بهره گیری از نظرات کارشناسان و متخصصین در حوزه بافت های فرسوده شهری، شاخص های موثر در آسیب پذیری محدوده مورد مطالعه در ابعاد کالبدی، دسترسی، کارکردی، زیست محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و مدیریتی شناسایی و تعریف گردید. سپس با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل شبکه ای (ANP) و روش تصمیم گیری چند معیاره ویکور (VIKOR) به وزن دهی هر یک از شاخص های مذکور پرداخته و با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) نقشه های آسیب پذیری محدوده در ابعاد مختلف و بصورت کلی تهیه گردیده است. یافته ها و بحث: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که از محدوده مورد مطالعه 11/36% دارای آسیب پذیری کم، 95/27% دارای آسیب پذیری متوسط و 22/35% دارای آسیب پذیری زیاد می باشد که این امر لزوم برنامه ریزی و اتخاذ تدابیری در راستای بهبود وضعیت محیطی بافت فرسوده شهری در ابعاد مختلف را بیش از پیش نمایان ساخته است.
Population increase, human presence, expansion of urbanization and irregular spatial have caused profound disturbances in the functional system of cities. Therefore, planning and management of natural events should be considered as a main purpose at all stages of planning and city development designs. The present study in term of purpose is considered as an applied research and using descriptive-analytical method. The worn-out textures of central district of the Urmia city with an area of 277/7 hectares as a case study is investigated. In this study, through the study of library sources and former studies, and as well as using experts opinions and specialists in the field of urban worn-out textures, effective indicators in the vulnerability of the study area in dimensions of physical, access, functional, environmental, economic, social, and managerial identification and the definition was. Then, using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Vikors Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method (VIKOR) to weighting each of the mentioned indicators and using Geographic Information System (GIS), the vulnerability maps of the area in different dimensions are provided. The results of the research show that from the study area of 36/11% has low vulnerability, 27/95% has moderate vulnerability and 35/22% has high vulnerability, which has the necessity of planning and taking measures to improve the environmental condition of urban worn-out textures in different dimensions.
