چکیده مقاله :

زمینه و هدف: ارتقاء کیفیت محیط روستایی و بهبود سیما و منظر روستایی نقش بسزایی در توسعه روستایی و تبدیل شدن این نواحی به مقاصد گردشگری دارد. هدف این مقاله تدوین شاخص‌های دستیابی به ارتقاء کیفیت محیط و توسعه گردشگری روستا با بهره‌گیری از منظر روستایی و در ادامه ارائه پیشنهاداتی برای روستاهای دهستان برغان است. روش بررسی: این مقاله در دسته پژوهش‌های کاربردی و توسعه‌ای قرار دارد و از موضع فرآیند اجراء پژوهشی کمی و کیفی است. در بخش مورد پژوهی از مشاهدات میدانی، مصاحبه با مسئولان و معتمدین روستاها و همچنین پر کردن پرسشنامه از ساکنان و گردشگران روستاها بهره برده شد و مجموعاً 350 پرسشنامه در محیط نرم‌افزار SPSS[1] مورد تحلیل عامل اکتشافی (F. A) و تحلیل رگرسیونی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: طبق بررسی‌های حاصل از تحلیل‌های کارشناسانه و تحلیل‌های آماری صورت گرفته شش عامل اقتصاد روستایی، ایمنی، وضعیت کالبدی محیط روستایی، منظر طبیعی و مذهبی، خدمات تفریحی-گردشگری، تبلیغات و برگزاری آئین‌های سنتی و مذهبی روستا و کالبد اصیل و بومی به عنوان عوامل معرف منظر روستایی تاثیرگذار بر جذب گردشگر هستند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: تقویت مشاغل مرتبط با حوزه گردشگری، بهبود وضعیت پاکیزگی محیط دهستان برغان، ارتقاء شرایط دسترسی‌های داخل روستا، استفاده هر چه بیشتر از مصالح بومی، سنتی و عناصر هویتی در ساخت و ساز‌ها می‌تواند موجب بهتر شدن وضعیت منظر روستایی و در نهایت بهبود کیفیت محیط و جذب گردشگر به این دهستان شد. چکیده انگلیسی:

Background and Objective: Improving the quality of the rural environment and improving the rural appearance and landscape have significant roles in rural development and turning these areas into tourist destinations. The purpose of this article is to identify and survey the indicators of rural landscape that affect on environmental quality and rural tourism to provide suggestions for the villages of Baraghan. Material and Methodology: This is an applied and developmental research also from the position of process is a quantitative and qualitative research. In the case study were used observations, interviews with village officials and trustees, as well as filling out questionnaires between residents. 350 questionnaires complited and analysis in SPSS software under exploratory factor analysis (F.A) and regression. Findings: According to the results of expert and statistical analysis, six factors of rural economy, safety, physical condition of rural environment, natural and religious landscape, recreational-tourism services, advertising and holding traditional and religious rituals of the village and the original Were identified as factors Rural landscapes that affect environmental quality and rural tourism. Discussion and Conclusion: Strengthening jobs related to tourism, improving the cleanliness of Baraghan rural area, improving access conditions in the village, using more local, traditional materials and identity elements in construction can improve the rural landscape. Finally, the environmental quality was improved and tourists would attracted to these villages.
