بررسی نقش واسطه ای بهداشت روان بر ادراک از جو مدرسه و انگیزه پیشرفت در دانش آموزان متوسطه

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای بهداشت روان در رابطه بین ادراک دانش آموزان از جو مدرسه و انگیزه پیشرفت صورت گرفت. روش این پژوهش مبتنی بر شیوه همبستگی است که در آن روابط بین متغیرها را در قالب تحلیل مسیر مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. این تحقیق از نظر نوع هدف کاربردی و روش جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت توصیفی – همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه این تحقیق شامل تمام دانش آموزان متوسطه شهر شیراز است که در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 مشغول تحصیل در دبیرستان های این شهر بودند. از آنجاییکه در این تحقیق تعداد عوامل مربوط به پرسشنامه ها برابر با 8 متغیر مشاهده شده بود، بنابراین حجم نمونه تحقیق 275 نفر انتخاب شد. شیوه نمونه گیری تحقیق نیز به صورت روش خوشهای چند مرحلهای و به صورت تصادفی تعیین شد جهت گردآوری اطلاعات، مقیاس ادراک دانش آموز از جو مدرسه ( SPOSC)، مقیاس انگیزه پیشرفت هرمنس (A.M.T) و مقیاس بهداشت روان (GHQ-28) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش آزمون معادلات ساختاری و استفاده از برنامه AMOSE نشان داد مدل مورد نظر از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. در مجموع، یافته ها موید آن بود که بهداشت روان دانش آموزان می تواند تأثیر ادراک از جو مدرسه و انگیزه پیشرفت را واسطه گری کند.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between student's perception of school climate and student's achievement motivation in to account the mediating role of mental health. The research design was descripitive- correlational and structural equation modeling was used to data. The population of this research were all high school students of Shiraz city in the school year of 1397-1398 .Since in this study the number of factors related to the questionnaire was observed to be 8 variables, Thus a sample siz of 275 was selected. The samplingmethod was multistagecluster random sampling. participant answered to student's perception of school climate ( SPOSC) Tricket & Mouse, Mental health(GHQ.28) and Achievement motivation (A.M.T) Hermance . Data analysis using structural equation modeling in AMOS and SPSS software confirmed that prpposed model has acceptable fit indices. In sum, mental health of students can mediate the effect of perception of school climate and achievement motivation.
