چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی چالش های پیش روی صنعت برق الکترونیک استان آذربایجان شرقی و ارائه مدلی برای ارتقای سطح فروش این محصولات می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از بعد هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت پژوهشی، توصیفی می باشد. جهت جمعآوری داده از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردید که روایی سؤالات پرسش نامه توسط متخصصان حوزه مربوط و به خصوص استاد راهنما مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای این منظور ابتدا از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی برای شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر کارآمدی صنعت الکترونیک استفاده شد، که 18 گروه عامل در این راستا شناسایی و در قالب 4 گروه کلی؛ تقویت درونی (مانند طراحی محصول جدید، بازار، فروش) و عوامل کلان فضای کسب و کار (مانند فنی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی) و تقویت زیرساخت های درونی (مانند آزمایشگاه، طراحی تراشه، تکنولوژی روز) و عوامل محیط صنعت (مانند مصرف کنندگان، مشتریان، رقبا) مورد دسته بندی قرار گرفتند. سپس با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری اثر مداخله گر عوامل بازاریابی، رقابتی و تحقیقاتی و همچنین اثر تعدیل گر عوامل خرید حرفه ای و امکان طراحی تراشه مورد آزمون قرار گرفت.
The purpose of the present applied and descriptive study was to identify challenges in electric power industry in East Azarbaijan province and to design a model for promoting the level of product sales. A researcher-made questionnaire was employed to collect the research data. The content validity of the questionnaire was verified by the specialists in the field and especially the supervisor. The design of the questionnaire initiated with exploratory factor analysis to identify factors influencing efficiency in Electronics Industry. The analyses specified 18 intercorrelated variables that were classified under four general groups including Internal reinforcement like innovative product design, market and sale, macro business environment like technical, social, economic and environmental factors, strengthening internal infrastructures like laboratories, chip design and modern technology and factors related to the industrial context like consumers, customers and competitors. Further, the intervening effect of marketing, competitive and research factors as well as the moderating effect of professional shopping and chip design probability were examined.
