بررسی ویژگیهای شخصیتی مدیران، با اثربخشی آنان در مدارس راهنمایی و متوسطه شهرستان سراب

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با عنوان بررسی رابطه بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی مدیران با اثربخشی آنان در مدارس راهنماییو متوسطه شهرستان سراب در سال تحصیلی84 -1383 اجرا شده است .جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 290 نفر معلم و 27 نفر مدیر بوده و با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد165نفر معلم و24 نفر مدیر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند.روش نمونه برداری به صورت طبقه ای بوده است.برای گردآوری داده از دو نوع پرسشنامه برای سنجش ویژگیهای شخصیتی مدیران و اثربخشی آنان استفاده شده که پایایی آن 94/0می باشد. در این پژوهش 7 فرضیه با استفاده از T تست و ضریب همبستگی مورد آزمون قرار گرفته و نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهد.بین اثربخشی مدیران با شخصیت خون گرم و خون سردو همچنین مدیران با شخصیت بد گمان و با اعتماد تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشته ولی بین اثربخشی مدیران با شخصیت تفکر عینی -کمتر با هوش وهمچنین بین اثربخشی مدیران زن و مردتفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نگردید.
This research is about the relationship between principals' personality characteristics and their effectiveness in Sarab guidance and high schools during 2004 - 2005. The statistical population consisted of 290 teachers and 27 managers. The sampling metod was random stratified. For data gathering we used two types of questionnaires with 0.94 reliability. In this research,7 hypotheses were tested by (t-test), and the correlation coefficient and the results indicate there is a meaningful difference between the effectiveness of the principals with warmhearted and coldhearted personalities, and also between the effectiveness of the principals with suspicious and trustful personalities. But there is no meaningful correlation between the principals' effectiveness and objective thought and, there is no meaningful difference between the male and female principals' effectiveness.
