چکیده مقاله :
مطالعه حاضر به بررسی الگوی عِلّی ارتباط بین تعهد حرفه ای، جامعه پذیری سازمانی و افشای اسرار دانشجویان مدیریت در استان قزوین می پردازد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کابردی و از لحاظ جمع آوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل820 نفر از دانشجویان مدیریت استان قزوین است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه بندی شده و فرمول کوکران 86 نفر برآورد شد. داده ها و اطلاعات موردنیاز در این تحقیق مربوط به سال 95-1394 هستند که جهت گردآوری آن ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با روش پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن با روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (85/0) ارزیابی شد. جهت بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرهای تعهد حرفه ای، جامعه پذیری و افشار اسرار در بین دانشجویان رشته مدیریت از روش تحلیل رگرسیونی با رویکرد حداقل مربعات معمولی (OLS) و آزمون فرضیه استفاده شد. ضریب برآورد شده برای متغیرهای تعهد حرفه ای و جامعه پذیری دانشجویان مدیریت به ترتیب 129/0 و 721/0- به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که در سطح احتمال 05/0 () متغیر تعهد حرفه ای بر افشای اسرار توسط دانشجویان مدیریت اثر معناداری ندارد، اما متغیر جامعه پذیری سازمانی اثر منفی و معنی داری بر این متغیر (افشای اسرار) دارد. بدین مفهوم که افزایش میزان جامعه پذیری در بین دانشجویان رشته مدیریت منجر به کاهش افشای اسرار توسط آن ها می شود. مقادیر آماره F-statistic و ضریب تعیین (R2) نیز به ترتیب 01/12 و 723/0 برآورد شدند که معنی داری تحلیل واریانس و خوبی برازش انجام شده را نشان می دهند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The present study investigates the relationship of the professional commitment, organizational sociabilityand whistleblowing intention among management students in Qazvin province. This research in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of data collection is descriptive - analytical. The statistical society in this consisted of 820 management students in Qazvin province. The sample size using stratified random sampling method and Cochran formula were estimated 86 people. The required data and information in this study are related to the year 2015-2016 that a researcher made questionnaire was used to collect them. Validity of questionnaire by a panel of experts and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0/85) were evaluated. For investigate the relationship of the professional commitment, organizational sociability and whistleblowing intention among management students from regression analysis method with approach ordinary least squares (OLS) and hypothesis testing were used. The estimated coefficients for professional commitment and sociability of management students, respectively 0/129 and -0/721 were calculated. The results showed that the professional commitment variable has not significant effect on the whistleblowing intention of management students in the level of 0/05 (), but organizational sociability variable has a negative and significant effect on this variable (whistleblowing intention). This means that an increase in sociability between management students lead to decrease in the whistleblowing by them. F-statistic and coefficient of determination (R2) amounts respectively 12/01 and 0/723 were estimated that shows the analysis of variance that shows the analysis of variance meaningful and a good conducted estimate.
