تحلیل و بررسی سوگیری های رفتاری موثر در تصمیمات سرمایه گذاران و تعیین اولویت مقوله های شناسایی شده از دیدگاه خبرگان با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل و روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(AHP)

رفتار هر فرد زمینه‌ساز اتخاذ تصمیمات او در عرصه های مالی بوده و خطا در آن رفتارها تبعات متعددی را به دنبال خواهد داشت. شناخت رفتارها و متعاقباً تصمیمات و رفتار فرد نقش با اهمیتی در ارائه راهکار جهت اصلاح انحرافات موجود دارد. در این پژوهش، جهت تبیین مدل از روش مصاحبه و رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی زمینه بنیان و جهت انتخاب مصاحبه شوندگان از روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی استفاده شده است. پس از انجام ۱۹ مصاحبه با فعالان بازار سهام طی سال ۱۳۹۷ تا 1398 اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. سپس، موثرترین عوامل علی بر اساس نظرات خبرگان و به ترتیب با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل و روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(AHP) تعیین و رتبه بندی شد.نتایج استخراج شده با استفاده ازSpss و Amos مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و نشان داد که تمامی سوگیری ها بر تصمیمات سرمایه گذاران تاثیر مستقیم و معنی دار دارند.
Each person's behavior is the basis for making his decisions in the financial arena, and mistakes in those behaviors will have many consequences. Recognizing the behaviors and consequently the decisions and behaviors of the individual has an important role in providing solutions to correct existing deviations. in order to explain the model, the interview method and the approach based on grounded theorizing, and to select the interviewees, the snowball sampling method has been used. After conducting 19 interviews with stock market activists during 1397 to 1398, theoretical saturation was obtained. Then, the most effective causal factors were determined and ranked based on the opinions of experts and using Demetel technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), respectively.The extracted results were analyzed using Spss and Amos and showed that all biases have a direct and significant impact on investor decisions.
