تحلیل توزیع فضایی و مکانیابی داروخانههای شبانهروزی ( نمونه موردی: شهر ارومیه )

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: مکانیابی بهینه داروخانهها، دسترسی سریع بیماران به خدمات دارویی را تسهیل کرده و عدم توزیع متناسب داروخانهها، مشکلات شهروندان در دسترسی به این مراکز را به دنبال دارد. هدف عمده این پژوهش، ارزیابی نحوه توزیع داروخانههای فعلی و تعیین بهترین مکان جهت تاسیس داروخانههای جدید است. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش و ماهیت، توصیفی - تحلیلی است. مراحل طی شده در امر مکانیابی داروخانههای شبانهروزی شامل تهیه لایههای اطلاعاتی برای هر عنصر، طبقهبندی هر لایه اطلاعاتی بر اساس میزان ارزش و ترکیب همه لایههای اطلاعاتی و اعمال ضرایب نهایی مدل ANP و تهیه نقشهی نهایی بوده است. همچنین دادهها شامل دو معیار فاصله و دسترسی و دوازده زیر معیار بوده است. یافتهها: پس از انجام محاسبات و بررسیهای لازم، بیشترین وزن به معیار شعاع خدمتدهی و کمترین وزن به معیار فاصله از مراکز نظامی تعلق گرفت. در محدوده مورد مطالعه 13/36 درصد از سطح منطقه دارای توان عالی یا درجه یک برای استقرار مراکز جدید و 21/5 درصد دارای درجه 2 یا مناسب است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که مکان فعلی اکثر داروخانههای شبانهروزی در شهر ارومیه متناسب با جمعیت منطقه، نمیباشد. با توجه به همپوشانی محدوده خدماترسانی داروخانهها بخصوص در محدوده مرکزی شهر، ساماندهی در این مناطق و انتقال برخی از واحدهای موجود به نواحی دیگر که کمبود دارند ضروری است و در قسمتهای شمالی و شرقی شهر با توجه به نقشه نهایی نیازمند تاسیس مراکز جدید می باشد.
Introduction: the optimum is under the pharmacy location, rapid access of patients to the medical service has proportional distribution and facilitate the pharmacy, the problems of citizens access to these centers to follow. The main objective of this study was to evaluate how the current distribution of the causative of the Pharmacy and determination of the best location for the new establishment of pharmacies. Method: this study was applied in terms of the purpose and nature of the procedure and, in terms of analytical descriptive. The steps are fitted in place during the fining of Pharmacy overnight of layer preparation day contains information for each element, the classification of information based on the values of each layer and the combination of all of the information layer and apply the final analysis model of the ANP and the final maps. Also, the data include both distance and access and twelve under the criterion. Results: a study of computation and azanjam, the highest weight to the criterion of "forming a RADIUS service and fitted the least weight to the criterion" distance from military centers. In the studied area of 13.36% with a degree or higher to be the establishment of new centers and 21.5% is appropriate Conclusion: The results show that the current location of most day-care pharmacies in Urmia is not proportional to the population of the region. Due to the overlapping of the range of pharmacies' services, especially in the central area of the city, organizing in these areas and transferring some of the existing units to other areas that are lacking is necessary, and in the northern and eastern parts of the city, according to the final map, the establishment of new centers is required.
