چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: در سالهای اخیر، سازمانها به دلیل افزایش رقابت در محیط کسب و کار، بکارگیری اطلاعات و دانش را در سرلوحه امور خود قرار دادهاند تا از این طریق بتوانند به مزیت رقابتی دست یابند و در دنیای تجاری و رقابتی حضور مستمر و پایداری داشته باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مؤلفههای مدیریت دانش بر میزان اعتماد به فناوری اطلاعات در بین کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه توصیفی به صورت مقطعی از دی تا بهمن 1394 انجام شد. نمونهگیری به صورت خوشهای انجام گرفت و در هر رسته شغلی نمونهها به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مذکور تأیید شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار spss نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: در پژوهش حاضر600 نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که 46.8 درصد را مردان و 53.2 درصد دیگر را زنان تشکیل میدادند. نمره کلی مدیریت دانش و میزان اعتماد به فناوری اطلاعات در بین کارکنان به ترتیب0.67±3.23و 0.86±3.24بود. همبستگی مستقیم متوسط بین مؤلفههای مدیریت دانش و میزان اعتماد کارکنان به فناوری اطلاعات وجود دارد (p-value≤0.001,r=0.407). نتیجهگیری: مؤلفههای مدیریت دانش بر میزان اعتماد کارکنان به فناوری اطلاعات تأثیر مستقیمیدارد. لذا ضروری است تا مدیران سازمانهای درمانی جهت موفق بودن در رسالت سازمانی خود، به ارتقاء دانش کارکنان، استفاده بیشتر از فناوری اطلاعات و ایجاد یک فرهنگ آکنده از اعتماد در میان کارکنان توجه نمایند. زمینه و هدف: در سالهای اخیر، سازمان ها به دلیل افزایش رقابت در محیط کسب و کار، بکارگیری اطلاعات و دانش را در سرلوحه امور خود قرار داده اند تا از این طریق بتوانند به مزیت رقابتی دست یابند و در دنیای تجاری و رقابتی حضور مستمر و پایداری داشته باشند.پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مؤلفه های مدیریت دانش بر میزان اعتماد به فناوری اطلاعات در بین کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام گرفت.روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی به صورت مقطعی از دی تا بهمن 1394 انجام شد.نمونه گیری به صورت خوشه ای انجام گرفت و در هر رسته شغلی نمونه ها به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند.ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مذکور تأیید شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: در پژوهش حاضر600 نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که 46.8 درصد را مردان و 53.2 درصد دیگر را زنان تشکیل می دادند.نمره کلی مدیریت دانش و میزان اعتماد به فناوری اطلاعات در بین کارکنان به ترتیب0.67±3.23و 0.86±3.24بود.همبستگی مستقیم متوسط بین مؤلفه های مدیریت دانش و میزان اعتماد کارکنان به فناوری اطلاعات وجود دارد(p-value≤0.001,r=0.407).نتیجه گیری: مؤلفه های مدیریت دانش بر میزان اعتماد کارکنان به فناوری اطلاعات تأثیر مستقیمی دارد.لذا ضروری است تا مدیران سازمان های درمانی جهت موفق بودن در رسالت سازمانی خود، به ارتقاء دانش کارکنان، استفاده بیشتر از فناوری اطلاعات و ایجاد یک فرهنگ آکنده از اعتماد در میان کارکنان توجه نمایند.
Introduction: In recent years, increasing competition in the business environment, the use of information and knowledge are put on top of organizations affairs so that they can gain a Competitive Advantage and persistent presence in business world. This study examined the impact of knowledge management Components on the level of confidence in the information technology in staff of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This study was conducted as a descriptive-analytical, cross-sectional one, from October to November 2015. Cluster sampling was conducted and in every field of work were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. Data analysis was performed with software spss version 16. Results: In this study, 600 people were evaluated that 46.8 % were men and 53.2 % were women. Total score of trust in IT and knowledge management among employees was 3.24 ± 0.86 and 3.23 ± 0.67 respectively. There was a direct correlation between knowledge management Initiatives and staff confidence in information technology (p-value ≤ 0.001, r = 0.407). Conclusion: Knowledge management Components had a great impact on the confidence of the staff to information technology. Therefore, it is essential for health managers to focus on promotion of staff’s knowledge, using of information technology and create a climate of confidence culture among employees to be successful in their organizational mission.
