مقایسه اثربخشی بسته آموزش انتظارمحور مبتنی بر آموزههای مهدویت و آموزش مثبتنگر ایرانی- اسلامی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان دختر

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی بسته انتظارمحور مبتنی بر آموزهی مهدویت و آموزش مثبتنگر ایرانی اسلامی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان دختر دارای اهمالکاری تحصیلی دوره متوسطه دوم انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه و مرحله پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی99-1398 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 45 دانشآموز دختر متوسطه دوم با روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند (15 نفر در هر گروه). گروههای آزمایش مداخلات بسته انتظارمحور (12 جلسه) و آموزش مثبتنگر ایرانی- اسلامی (11 جلسه) را طی سه ماه دریافت نمودند. اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه های التزام عملی به اعتقادات اسلامی (نویدی، 1376) بهزیستی روانشناختی (ریف، 1989) بود. پس از جمعآوري پرسشنامهها و استخراج دادههاي خام، تجزيه و تحليل دادههاي حاصل از اين پژوهش توسط بسته ی آماری برای علوم اجتماعی ويرايش 23 با استفاده از روشهاي آمار توصيفي، تحليل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر، آزمون تعقیبی بونفرنی صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بسته روانشناختی انتظارمحور مبتنی بر آموزهی مهدویت بر بهزیستی روانشناختی تاثیر دارد.آموزش مثبتنگر ایرانی- اسلامی نیز بر بهزیستی روانشناختی تاثیر دارد (p<0.0001) .
The present study aims to compare waiting-oriented package based on Mahdism Doctrine and Iranian-Islamic Positive Psychology Training on psychological wellbeing of secondary high school students. The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest design with control group and two-month follow-up stage. The statistical population of the present study was 45 secondary high school female students in the city of Isfahan in academic year 2019-20. 45 secondary high school students were selected through non-random purposive sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (15 person in each group). The experimental group received waiting-oriented training (12 sessions) and Iranian-Islamic positivist teaching (11 sessions) during three months separately. The questionnaires included the scale of practical commitment to Islamic beliefs (Navidi, 1998) and psychological wellbeing questionnaire (Ryff, 1989).The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measure ANOVA test via SPSS23 software. The results showed that the waiting-oriented psychological package based on the doctrine of Mahdism has an effect on psychological well-being. Iranian-Islamic positive education also has an effect on psychological well-being (p<0.0001).
