بررسي عوامل تاثيرگذار برمشارکت اجتماعي در بازآفريني شهري با بکارگيري مدل Amos (مطالعه موردي: بافت تاريخي سورو بندرعباس)

چکیده مقاله :
زمينه و هدف : بازآفريني شهري يک رويکرد جامع، يکپارچه و کل نگر است و مشارکت- اجتماعي دلالت برگسترش روابط بين گروهي در قالب انجمنهاي داوطلبانه، باشگاه ها، اتحاديهها و گروه هايي دارد که معمولا خصلتي محلي و غير دولتي دارند. اين پژوهش بر اساس هدف، از نوع کاربردي است که با هدف ارزيابي مشارکت اجتماعي در بازآفريني محله تاريخي سورو انجام شده است.
روش تحقيق: روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي و تحليلي مي باشدکه ابزارگردآوري اطلاعات از طريق مطالعات اسنادي وکتابخانه اي، مراجعه به سازمان هاي مربوطه و بازديد هاي ميداني درمحدوده منطقه مورد مطالعه مي باشد. ابتدا شاخص هاي مشارکت و بازآفريني شهري استخراج گرديد و سپس با بکارگيري مدل Amos اثرگذاري هريک از عوامل پنهان روي يکديگر سنجيده شد و بر اساس آن بيشترين تاثير به همراه وزن حاصله مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و در ادامه داده هاي استخراج شده از پرسشنامه که درنرم افزارSpss وارد شده تحليل گرديد.
يافته ها: يافته هاي تحقيق نمايانگر اين است نتايج پژوهش نشان دهنده اين است که تاثيرپذير ترين عامل، اجتماعي با اندازه 33/18 مي باشد و عوامل اثرگذار عبارتند از اصالت با ميزان 05/10، بزرگ محوري با اندازه 68/9 و اقتصادي با اندازه 09/8، به عبارتي چنانچه در اين منطقه مقرر باشد مشارکت اجتماعي جهت بازآفريني شهري تحقق يابد.
بحث و نتيجه گيري: با توجه به يافته هاي بدست آمده بايستي از ظرفيت عوامل اصالت، بزرگ محوري و اقتصادي براي تاثير گذاري روي ساير عوامل استفاده نمود و تاثير پذيرترين عامل اجتماعي مي باشد، بدين معني که ساختارهاي اجتماعي اين منطقه همراهي مناسب تري جهت تحقق اين امر دارند.
Background and Objective: Urban regeneration is a comprehensive, integrated, and holistic approach, and social participation implies the expansion of intergroup relations into voluntary associations, clubs, unions, and groups that are usually local and non-governmental in nature. This purpose-based research is of an applied type with the aim of evaluating social participation in the reconstruction of the historic neighborhood of Soro.
Material and Methodology: The research method is descriptive and analytical that the data collection tool is through documentary and library studies, referring to relevant organizations and field visits in the study area. First, the indicators of participation and urban regeneration were extracted and then, using the Amos model, the effect of each of the hidden factors on each other was measured. Entered was analyzed.
Findings: Findings show that the results show that the most influential factor is social with a size of 18.33 and the effective factors are originality with a size of 10.05, large axis with a size of 9.68 and economic with a size of 08.09. In other words, if social participation is to be realized in this region for urban regeneration.
Discussion and Conclusion: According to the findings, the capacity of originality, greatness and economic factors should be used to influence other factors and is the most influential social factor, meaning that the social structures of this region have a more appropriate accompaniment to achieve this.
