مطالعه تجربی تغییرات ناشی از مسمومیت حاد سرب در یک دوره 48 ساعته در آبشش ماهی زبرا (Danio rerio) تغذیه شده با لاکتوباسیلوس فرمنتوم (Lactobacillus fermentum)

چکیده مقاله :
وجود زیست یارها در رژیم غذایی جانوران منجر به افزایش سطح ایمنی در آنها می شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر مکمل غذایی باکتری لاکتوباسیلوس فرمنتوم به عنوان زیست یار بر کاهش آسیبهای بافتی ناشی از دوز کشنده سرب در آبشش ماهی زبرا بوده است. برای این منظور 360 قطعه ماهی زبرا به دو گروه تقسیم و برای مدت 60 روز با غذای تجاری (گروه کنترل) یا غذای تجاری بهبود یافته با زیست یار ( گروه آزمون) تغذیه شده اند. پس از این زمان هر دو گروه در مجاورت 3/0 میلی گرم بر لیتر سرب قرار گرفته و زنده مانی، جذب فلز در بافتهای کبد و آبشش و تغییرات بافتی آبشش آنها در مدت 48 ساعت مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. بر اساس نتایج، ماهی های های گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل بیش از 24 ساعت قادرند دوز کشنده سرب را تحمل کنند. طی 48 ساعت مسمومیت، میزان جذب فلز در هر دو بافت کبد و آبشش برای گروه آزمون به صورت قابل توجهی کمتر از گروه کنترل بوده و بعلاوه آسیبهای بافتی شامل دیلاتاسیون وریدی، فیوژن لاملا و تلانژکتازی نیز در گروه آزمون به صورت معنی داری کمتر از گروه کنترل بوده و هایپرپلازی سلولهای پوششی نیز در آنها مشاهده نشده است. به این ترتیب می توان گفت که تغذیه با زیست یار می تواند اثرات سمی ناشی از دوز کشنده سرب را در ماهی به مقدار قابل توجهی کاهش دهد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
For this purpose, 360 Zebra fish were divided into two groups and fed for 60 days with commercial food (control group) or enriched diet with Lactobacillus fermentum as probiotic (test group). After this time, both groups were in the vicinity of 0.3 mg / l of lead and their survivability, tissue metal uptake and their histological damages were studied within 48 hours. Based on the results, the fish in the test group were able to tolerate the lethal dose of lead for more than 24 hours compared to the control group. After 48 hours of poisoning, the amount of metal uptake in both liver and gill tissue was significantly lower for the experimental group than in the control group. Moreover, tissue damage such as vein dilatation, lamella fusion and telangiectasia were significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group. Epithelial cell hyperplasia was not observed in the probiotic- treated group. It could be concluded that probiotic enriched diet can significantly reduce the toxic effects of lethal doses of lead in fish.
