تأثیر معنویت درمانی بر سلامت روان پیش از کنکور دانشآموزان دختر منطقه ۱۹ تهران

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: دوره نوجوانی یکی از دورههای بسیار مهم زندگی است که با تغییرات مهم فیزیکی، عاطفی، شناختی و اجتماعی همراه است که تأثیر قابلتوجهی بر رشد و توسعه شخصیت دارد. در این مرحله نوجوانان فشارهای روانی بیش از حدی را تجربه میکنند؛ بنابراین، فشارهای روانی بیش از حد و آسیبپذیری در برابر اختلالات روانی در این سنین میتواند بهطورجدی بر سلامت روان آنان اثر بگذارد؛ بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر معنویت درمانی بر سلامت روان پيش از کنکور دانشآموزان دختر منطقه ۱۹ تهران انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم (پایه دوازدهم) منطقه ۱۹ شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳ بودند. ۳۶ نفر از دانشآموزان داوطلب با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه و در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۸ نفر) و کنترل (۱۸ نفر) به شیوه تصادفی جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی Goldberg (28-GHQ) و برنامه معنویتدرمانی گروهیRichards & Bergin (1997) بود.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که معنویت درمانی در بهبود سلامت روان پیش از کنکور دانشآموزان دختر تأثیر دارد (001/0=p، 45/177=F). همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که معنویت درمانی در بهبود علائم جسمانی (001/0=p، 23/54=F)، اضطراب (001/0=p، 94/26=F)، اختلال در کنش و کارکردهای اجتماعی (001/0=p، 24/54=F) و علائم افسردگی (001/0=p، 94/91=F) مؤثر است.
نتیجهگیری: میتوان نتیجه گرفت که معنویت درمانی میتواند روش مناسبی جهت افزايش سلامت روان پیش از کنکور دانشآموزان دختر باشد. همچنین، پیشنهاد میشود که آموزشگاههای کنکور و تمامی مدارس دوم متوسطه در کنار آموزش تستزنی و دروس کنکور، جلساتی برای معنویت درمانی توسط مشاوران و روانشناسان جهت افزایش سلامت روان پیش از کنکور اختصاص دهند.
Purpose: Adolescence is one of the most important periods of life that is accompanied by important physical, emotional, cognitive and social changes that have a significant impact on the growth and development of personality. At this stage, adolescents experience excessive psychological stress; therefore, excessive psychological stress and vulnerability to mental disorders at this age can seriously affect their mental health. Therefore, the present study aimed to determine the effect of spirituality therapy on the mental health of female students in District 19 of Tehran before the entrance exam.
Methodology: The present study conducted an experiment with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the study included all female students in the second high school (12th grade) in District 19 of Tehran in the academic year 2023-24. 36 volunteer students were enrolled in the study using simple random sampling and were randomly assigned to two experimental groups (18) and control groups (18). The research tools included the Goldberg General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) and the Richards & Bergin Group Spirituality Therapy Program (1997).
Findings: The results of the present study showed that spirituality therapy is effective in improving the mental health of female students before the entrance exam (p=0.001, F=177.45). Also, the results showed that spirituality therapy is effective in improving physical symptoms (p=0.001, F=23.54), anxiety (p=0.001, F=26.94), impairment in social functioning and actions (p=0.001, F=24.54), and depressive symptoms (p=0.001, F=91.94).
Conclusion: It can be concluded that spiritual therapy can be a suitable method for increasing the mental health of female students before the entrance exam. Also, entrance exam schools and all secondary schools, in addition to test preparation and entrance exam lessons, should allocate sessions for spiritual therapy by counselors and psychologists to increase mental health before the entrance exam.
