چکیده مقاله :
در دنیای امروزمحیط نامطمئن و رقابت زیاد بازار موجب اهمیت پیدا کردن چابکی با توجه به لزوم سرعت عمل و پاسخگویی به نیازهای بازار روز به روز افزایش پیدا کرده است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر استفاده از روش دیمتل جهت بررسی روابط علی و معلولی عوامل موثر بر چابکی سازمان در صنایع تولیدات فلزی شهرک صنعتی کاوه است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده آمیخته می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان ارشد صنایع تولیدات فلزی شهرک صنعتی کاوه است که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع 25 نفر بهعنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. در بخش کیفی از تحلیل تم و در بخش کمی از روش دیمتل استفاده گردید. با استفاده از تحلیل تم هشت مقوله رضایت مشتری، پاسخگویی، تغییر سازمانی،چابکی، رهبری تحول آفرین، فناوری اطلاعات، سازمان یادگیرنده و انعطاف پذیری برای چابکی مشخص شد. و به کمک روش دیمتل چهار متغیر رهبری تحول آفرین، فناوری اطلاعات، سازمان یادگیرنده و انعطاف پذیری به عنوان متغیرهای تأثیرگذار شناسایی شد. رهبری تحول آفرین بیشترین تأثیر و چابکی سازمان بیشترین نفوذ پذیری و اثرپذیرترین را به خود اختصاص داده است.
In today's world, uncertain environment and high market competition has increased the importance of finding agility due to the necessity to act fast and meet the needs of the market day by day. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to use Demetel method to investigate the causal relationships between factors affecting organizational agility in Kaveh Industrial City.The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of senior experts of metal products industries in Kaveh Industrial Township. The content analysis was used in the qualitative section and the dimensional method was used in the quantitative section.The themes were identified using eight themes of customer satisfaction, accountability, organizational change, agility, transformational leadership, information technology, learning organization and flexibility for agility. And four dimensions of transformational leadership, information technology, learning organization, and flexibility were identified as the most effective variables using the DEMATEL method. Transformational leadership is the most influential and agile organization with the most influence and the most effective.
