ارتباط میان محیط مسکونی تک خانواری و روابط اجتماعی ایمن (مطالعه موردی : محله‌کتی‌شرقی وغربی و زرگر محله شهر بابل)

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش به رابطه میان محیط مسکونی تک‌خانواری و روابط اجتماعی ایمن دردومحله متوسط (زرگرمحله) و‌‌ضعیف(محله کتی شرقی‌و‌غربی)می‌پردازد.مساله اساسی پژوهش تاثیر‌مسائل اجتماعی بر شکل گیری معماری فضای‌مسکونی در دو‌محله است. با . با توجه به کیفی بودن متغیرها و همچنین تاثیرگذاری متفاوت متغیرها بر میزان احساس امنیت ساکنین و سطح روابط اجتماعی آنها، از ابزار پرسشنامه در قالب پیمایش مقطعی جهت سنجش استفاده می شود . کار تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده حاصل از پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری جهت تعیین مولفه های موثر و تعیین سهم هر کدام از مولفه ها در شکل‌گیری حس امنیت و افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی افراد و نیز سهم و نقش تاثیر گذاری متغیرهای مداخله گر انجام میگردد. نتایج حاکی است. بین احساس امنیت و عوامل فیزیکی محیط و نوع کاربری و نظارت و میزان تعاملات اجتماعی ساکنان و میزان کاهش جرم و سطح کیفیت زندگی ساکنان در بین زنان و مردان محلات سطح متوسط و پایین شهرستان بابل تفاوت وجود دارد. شدت این رابطه متوسط و جهت رابطه از نوع مستقیم است. همچنین میانگین متغیر عوامل فیزیکی محیط (3.375) و میانگین نوع کاربری (3.251) نظارت (3.143) و میانگین میزان تعاملات اجتماعی (3.365) و میانگین میزان احساس امنیت (3.108) و میانگین میزان کاهش جرم (3.989) و میانگین سطح کیفیت زندگی (3.438) می‌باشد. همچنین انحراف معیار متغیرهای فوق به ترتیب برابر با (0.621) و (0.578) و (0.682)، (0.680) و (0.552) و (0.612) و (0.366) می‌باشد.
