بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر سلامت روان و رابطه والد-کودک در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای

چکیده مقدمه: اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای در دوران کودکی بروز پیدا می کند و بر سلامت روان و روابط والدین به ویژه مادر با کودک اثر می گذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر سلامت روان و رابطه والد-کودک در مادران کودکان مبتلابه اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای بود. روش پژوهش: طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل مادران کودکان دبستانی مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 4 و 6 شهر مشهد در سال 1401 بود که از بین این تعداد، 40 نفر که ملاکهای لازم برای ورود به آموزش را داشتند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای کودکان، مقیاس سلامت روان، و مقیاس ارزیابی رابطه مادر- کودک استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss21 و با کمک تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای موثر است (001/0>P). همچنین آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر بهبود رابطه مادر-کودک مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی موثر بود (001/0>P). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، آموزش تنظیم هیجان می تواند موجبات سلامت روان و بهبود رابطه مادر- کودک مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای را فراهم آورد.
Abstract Introduction: Oppositional defiant disorder appears in childhood and affects the mental health and relationships of parents, especially mother and child. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of emotion regulation training on mental health, and parent-child relationship of mothers whose children suffer from oppositional defiant disorder. Methods: Semi-experimental research design was a pre-test, post-test type with a control group. Statistical society included all of the mothers, whose primary school children suffer from oppositional defiant disorder, they referred to the ministry of education clinics located in district 4 and 6, Mashhad in 2022. 40 people were chosen due to the fact that they met the criteria to enter the training, as statistical samples. They were randomly divided into examination and control groups. To collect data, the scale of oppositional defiant disorder children, mental health scale, and mother-child relationship assessment scale. Data analysis was done using spss21 software with the help of covariance analysis. Results: The results showed that emotion regulation training is effective on the mental health in the mothers of children with oppositional defiant disorder (P<0.001). Also, the emotion regulation training was effective in improving the mother-child relationship in the mothers of children with defiant disorder (P<0.001). Conclusions: According to the results, the emotion regulation training can improve mental health and improve the mother-child relationship of mothers of children with oppositional defiant disorder.
