بررسی ارتباط بین پراکنش گیاهان دارویی و خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک در مراتع بلده نور

چکیده مقاله :
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین پراکنش گیاهان دارویی و خصوصیات فیزیکو-شیمیایی خاک در مرتع بلده استان مازندران در سه سایت مرتعی: علفزار، علفزار- بوته زار و بوته زار انجام شد. در هر سایت بهترتیب تاج و پوشش، تراکم گونههای گیاهی در میان 30 کوادرات یک مترمربعی که در طول 3 ترانسکت 100 متری مستقر بودند، ثبت گردید. نمونههای خاک از عمقهای (صفر تا 15) و (15 تا 30 سانتیمتری) خاک در 30 پلات برداشت شد. خصوصیات خاک شامل کربن آلی، مواد آلی ذرهای-کربن، مواد آلی، رس، سیلت، شن، شوری، اسیدیته، وزن مخصوص ظاهری، فسفر، پتاسیم و کربنات کلسیم اندازهگیری شدند. دادهها بوسیله نرمافزار SPSS آنالیز آماری و ارتباط بین پراکنش گیاهان دارویی و خصوصیات خاک با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون در سطح 05/0P< تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که از تعداد 72 گونه گیاهی موجود در منطقه، 50 گونه دارویی متعلق به 20 تیره گیاهی میباشد. بیشترین گونهها متعلق به تیره نعنا (22 درصد) و این که پراکنش گیاهان دارویی منطقه در ارتباط با میزان اسیدیته و کربنات کلسیم خاک میباشد.
