اثر ایندولاستیکاسید و بنزیلآمینوپورین بر ویژگیهای مورفوفیزیولوژیک بادرنجبویه

به منظور بررسی اثر تنظیم کننده های رشد گیاهی ایندول استیک اسید و بنزیل آمینوپورین بر صفات مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک بادرنجبویه، آزمایشی مزرعه ای در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شهرستان نمین استان اردبیل انجام گرفت. محلول پاشی با ایندول استیک اسید و بنزیل آمینوپورین در غلظت های 100، 200 و 300 میلی گرم بر لیتر انجام شد. محلول پاشی باعث افزایش ارتفاع و طول شاخه شد. با این حال، رشد طولی شاخه با کاهش غلظت ایندول استیک اسید افزایش یافت. بالاترین غلظت بنزیل آمینوپورین و پایین ترین غلظت ایندول استیک اسید بیشترین اثر افزایشی را بر محتوای کلروفیل برگ داشتند. استفاده از ایندول استیک اسید باعث افزایش قطر تاج پوشش گیاه شده و افزایش غلظت ایندول استیک اسید ارتباط مستقیم با قطر سایه انداز گیاه داشت. با افزایش میزان ایندول استیک اسید از تعداد گره ساقه کاسته شد. افزایش غلظت بنزیل آمینوپورین باعث افزایش تعداد شاخساره های جانبی تولیدی شد. در وزن تر و خشک شاخساره، غلظت های بالای بنزیل آمینوپورین و ایندول استیک اسید اثر افزایشی مثبتی در مقایسه با شاهد نشان دادند. محلول پاشی با بنزیل آمینوپورین اثر افزایشی بهتری در مقایسه با ایندول استیک اسید بر تعداد برگ داشت. بنابراین، استفاده از ایندول استیک اسید و بنزیل آمینوپورین در کشت و پرورش بادرنجبویه می تواند به عنوان یک راه کار مناسب برای افزایش محصول در نظر گرفته شود.
To investigate the effect of indole acetic acid (IAA) and benzyl amino purine (BAP) on morphological and physiological traits of lemon balm, an experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications in farm condition at Namin county, Ardebil province, Iran. Spraying was done using IAA and BAP in the rates of 100, 200 and 300 ppm. Application of IAA and BAP promoted plant height and branches length. However, the branches length was increased in low IAA concentrations. Leaf chlorophyll content was in maximum at 300 ppm of BAP and 100 ppm of IAA. Application of IAA increased canopy diameter. More IAA concentrations increased shadow diameter. Increasing in IAA concentrations caused reduction in node number. Number of lateral shoots increased in high concentration of BAP in addition, more plant biomass was produced in high concentrations of BAP and IAA. Foliar application of BAP caused increasing in number of leaf comparing IAA. Therefore, application of IAA and BAP can be considered as an appropriate option to improve yield in lemon balm.
