| Islamic Azad University, Tabriz Branch<p>Hassan Rasooli Saghai received the B.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from Islamic Azad University Tabriz Branch, Tabriz, Iran, the M.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from Islamic Azad University South Tehran Branch, Tehran, Iran, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from Islamic Azad University Science and Research Branch, Tehran, in 1996, 2000, and 2008, respectively.,In 2000, he was a Faculty Member with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Islamic Azad University Tabriz Branch. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with the School of Engineering Emerging Technologies, University of Tabriz, Tabriz.
