تحلیل جامعه شناختی مطالبه گری داوران فوتبال ایران از منظر پارادایم تفسیری پرگمتیستی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: مطالعات مرتبط با ورزش به صورت خاص فوتبال، به دلیل محبوبیت و اهمیت آن در سال‌های اخیر به طور چشمگیری افزایش یافته است. حال آنکه در ورزش فوتبال، داوران از نقش‌های مهم اما مغفول هستند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی فرهنگ مطالبهگری داوران فوتبال در ایران است.
روششناسی: روش پژوهش کیفی؛ رویکرد پژوهشی تفسیرگرایی که توسط بلومر مطرح شده یعنی فرود به زمین و با استفاده از نظریه زمینهای که توسط استراوس و گلیسر پایهگذاری شد استفاده نموده است تا از پیچیدگیهای موجود در پژوهشها دور شده و در میدان طبیعی با ساختاری کنشپژوهانه به مطالعه و استقرا بپردازد. افراد مصاحبهشونده، تعداد 15 نفر از داوران شاغل و بازنشسته ایران و همچنین فعالان سندیکایی ایران میباشند. مشاهدات و تجربیات مستقیمِ پژوهشگر با توجه به فعالیتِ 12 ساله در گروه صنفی داوران، از منابع دیگر این پژوهش محسوب میشود.
یافته ها: از دادههایِ استخراج شده مفاهیم اولیه و 16 خرده مقوله و 5 مقوله اصلی توسط پژوهشگر ساخته شده است که عبارتند از: ساخت سرسخت اجتماعی، پویایی کنشهایِ اجتماعی، روابط کارکن و کارفرما در مطالبهگری، آگاهی، احتساب عملگرایانه.
نتیجه گیری: مطالبه گری داوران به عنوان یک رفتارجمعی متاثر از گزارههایی است که میتواند متاثر از مقوله هایی باعث انسجام و منجر به موفقیت در مطالبات گروهی شود. ارتباط بین مقوله‌ها به شکل دوسویه و همفراخوان بوده و کیفیت و مقدار تاثیر هر یک از آنها با یک نگاه دیالکتیکی قابل تحلیل خواهد بود.

Objective: Studies related to sports, especially football, have increased significantly in recent years due to its popularity and importance. However, referees play an important but neglected role in football. The purpose of this research is to investigate the demanding culture of football referees in Iran.
Methodology: qualitative research method; The research approach of interpretivism proposed by Blumer means Down to Earth and using the Grounded Theory that was founded by Strauss and Glaser has been used to get away from the complexities in the research and in the natural field with a structure Abduction study and induction way. The interviewees are 15 Iranian working and retired referees as well as Iranian union activists. Observations and direct experiences of the researcher, due to his 12-year activity in the trade union group of Referee, are considered as other sources of this research.
Results: From the extracted data, basic concepts and 16 sub-categories and 5 main categories were created by the researcher, which are: social construction, dynamics of social actions, worker-employer relations in demanding, awareness, Pragmatic Accounting.
Conclusion: Referees' demands as a collective behavior are affected by propositions that can be affected by categories that cause cohesion and lead to success in group demands. The relationship between the categories is two-way and mutual, and the quality and amount of impact of each of them can be analyzed with a dialectical view.
