چکیده مقاله :
چکیده جنس Satureja با نام فارسی مرزه از تیره نعنا است . گونه S. bachtiarica Bunge از گونه های انحصاری ایران می باشد. در این تحقیق سرشاخه S. bachtiarica در مرحله گلدهی کامل از 6 رویشگاه طبیعی در استان فارس جمع آوری گردید و پس از خشک کردن در شرایط آزمایشگاه به روش تقطیر با آب، مورد اسانس گیری و به روش خیساندن در حلال، مورد عصاره گیری قرار گرفت. ترکیبهای تشکیل دهنده اسانسها با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC-FID) و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS)، و ترکیبهای پلی فنولی عصاره ها با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا (HPLC)، مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. بازده اسانس 6 جمعیت 4/2-1/1 درصد برحسب وزن خشک نمونه بدست آمد. ترکیبهای عمده اسانس شامل تیمول (9/10- 8/49 درصد)، کارواکرول(1/1–7/49 درصد)، پارا- سیمن(0/18–8/32 درصد)، گاما- ترپینن (3/4– 5/7 درصد) و لینالول ( 3/3- 1/5 درصد) در جمعیت های مورد مطالعه بودند. از میان جمعیت های مورد بررسی، اسانس رویشگاه های کوهنجان و آباده- دیدگان به ترتیب بیشترین درصد تیمول با 8/49 درصد و کارواکرول 7/49 درصد را دارا بودند. نارنجنین، کارواکرول، هسپریدین، اوجنول، هسپرتین، رزمارنیک اسید و تیمول ترکیبهای پلی فنولی اصلی در شش جمعیت مورد مطالعه در مرزه بختیاری بودند. تنوع در میزان ترکیبها در رویشگاه های مورد مطالعه نشان دهنده این است که تغییرات شرایط اکولوژیک بر میزان ترکیبهای اسانس و عصاره مرزه بختیاری تاثیر مثبت داشته است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Abstract Satureja is belonging to the family Lamiaceae. Satureja bachtiarica Bunge. is one of the endemic species. In this study, aerial parts of S. bachtiarica were colleted in full flowering stages from six populations of Fars Province and after were dried in laboratory conditions, the essential oils (EOs) and extracts were obtained by hydrodistillation and macetation methods. Chemical compositions of the EOs were analyzed by GC-FID and GC-MS and the phenolic contents were determined by HPLC analysis. EO yields were from 1.1 to 2.4 % (w/w) based on dried material. The major constituents of the EOs were thymol ( 10.9-49.8 %), carvacrol (1.1-49.7 %), p-cymene (18.0-32.8 %), γ-terpinene (4.3-7.5 %), linalool (3.3-5.1 %) and caryophyllene oxide (1.6-2.3 %). Among six populations, the EOs from the Kohanjan and Abadeh-Didegan populations had the highest thymol and carvacrol amount (49.8 and 49.7 %), respectively. Narengenin, carvacrol, hesperedin, eugenol, hesperetin, rosmarinic acid and thymol were the main phenolic copmounds in six studied regions. These results showed that variation of ecological characters had effect on quality of S. bachtiarica EOs and extracts.
