بررسی بیوسیستماتیک گونه‌های جنس Vicia با استفاده از شاخص های مورفولوژیک در استان گلستان

چکیده مقاله :
Vicia L. متعلق به طایفه Viciae از تیره Fabaceae با حدود 15 تا 210 گونه از پراکنش جهانی برخوردار است . این تحقیق با هدف مقایسه شاخص‌های مرفولوژیک و ارتباطات تاکسونومیکی گونه‌های متعدد جنس Vicia درمقایسه با تحقیقات قبلی در استان گلستان انجام گرفت. آنالیز خوشه‌ای 85 شاخص مورفولوژیکی، با ورود اطلاعات در برنامه نرم‌افزاری UPGA انجام گرفت ونتایج بدست آمده در این تحقیق نشان داد علاوه بر ارتباطات نزدیک گونه‌ها در جنس Vicia، دوگونه V. faba، V.narbonensis در یک سکسیون قرار می‌گیرند.
Vicia L. is belongs to Fabaceae family which comprise about 150-210 species in the world. This research was studied by field observation to obtaining of morphological variation and attempt to resolved the taxonomic relationships by novel investigations along with a synthesis of the results obtained by previous researchers. Cluster analyses on 85 morphological characters of these taxa were measured. The morph metric data were coded using the statistical software in UPGA method to study the relationships between them. The results don’t supported subgenus of Vicia and Vicilla, but showed the species of Vicia section have closed relationship and the classification of V.faba and V. narbonensis in one section.
