اثر پیشتیمار بذر با سالیسیلیک اسید بر جوانهزنی ماریتیغال تحت تنش شوری

چکیده مقاله :
سالیسیلیکاسید یک مولکول واسطهای مهم جهت واکنش گیاهان در برابر تنشهای محیطی است. بهمنظور بررسی اثر پیشتیمار بذر با سالیسیلیکاسید بر خصوصیات جوانهزنی ماریتیغال در شرایط تنش شوری، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار، در آزمایشگاه علوم باغبانی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد میانه در سال 1395 به اجرا در آمد. فاکتور اول شامل پیشتیمار بذر با سالیسیلیکاسید در چهار سطح 0، 100، 200 و 300 میلیگرم بر لیتر و فاکتور دوم چهار سطح شوری شامل 0، 40، 80 و 120 میلیمولار نمک NaClبود. در پایان آزمایش، درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی، طول و وزن تر ریشهچه، طول و وزن تر گیاهچه، شاخص طولی و وزنی گیاهچه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. افزایش غلظت کلریدسدیم سبب کاهش شاخصهای جوانهزنی شد ولی پیشتیمار با سالیسیلیکاسید تحت تنش شوری باعث بهبود شاخصهای جوانهزنی شد. مناسبترین سطح سالیسیلیکاسید برای کاهش اثرات شوری و بهبود جوانه زنی پیشتیمار با غلظت 200 میلیگرم بر لیتر به تنهایی و تحت تنش شوری بود. بنابراین، پیشتیمار بذر ماریتیغال با 200 میلیگرم بر لیتر سالیسیلیکاسید در مناطق مستعد تنش شوری میتواند باعث مقاومت بذر ماریتیغال در مرحله جوانهزنی شود.
