چکیده مقاله :
یکی از مهمترین و کارآمدترین راههای انطباق سازمان با تغییرات فزاینده محیطی، بروز پدیدهای بنام کارآفرینی سازمانی میباشد. امروزه، بیشتر سازمانها با آگاهی از اهمیت پدیده کارآفرینی در سطح سازمان، تلاش میکنند تا عوامل کلیدی تأثیرگذار به این پدیده را شناسایی کنند تا ضمن اندازهگیری میزان کارآفرین بودن سازمان، اقدامات لازم را جهت بهبود این شاخصها انجام دهند. تحقیق حاضر نیز تلاشی در جهت شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی سازمانی و سنجش میزان آن در یکی از شرکت های تولیدی شهر تبریز[1] میباشد. هدف اصلی تحقیق عبارت است از تعیین میزان کارآفرینی سازمانی در شرکت مذکور که تحقق این هدف، اهداف فرعی تحقیق نظیر شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موثر بر کارآفرینی سازمانی و تعیین رتبه هر یک از عوامل را نیز محقق میسازد. در این تحقیق به منظور جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است که روایی و پایایی آن نیز از طریق بررسیهای مقدماتی ، نظر کارشناسان و اساتید تأیید شده است. پس از جمعآوری اطلاعات، با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS حدود میانگین نمرة سازمان مذکور در هر یک از معیارهای کارآفرینی سازمانی با اطمینان 95% محاسبه شده و در پایان نیز با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن معیارهای کارآفرینی سازمانی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است. 4- جهت حفظ اسرار سازمان و به دلیل عدم صدور مجوز از طرف سازمان مورد مطالعه از ذکر نام شرکت خودداری شده است.
One of the most important and efficient ways to adapt organizations to the increasing environmental changes is the “Organizational entrepreneurship” phenomenon. Today, most organizations with an awareness of the importance of organizational entrepreneurship try to identify the factors affecting it in order to measure the organizational entrepreneurship and to take improvement steps. This paper is an attempt to identify the factors affecting Intrapreneurship in a production firm in Tabriz and to measure them. The main aim of this paper is to measure the entrepreneurship rate in the firm under study. Attaining this goal will make it possible to gain access to the sub-goals such as identifying the affecting factors and setting the priority of each factor. A questionnaire has been used for data gathering and its validity and reliability has been confirmed by primary investigations and the experts’ judgements. The limits of the mean were calculated for each factor with 95% of confidence level by using SPSS. At last, the criteria of entrepreneurship were compared by Fridman-Test.
