بررسی میزان متعالی بودن جو سازمانی و رابطه آن با یادگیری سازمانی در سازمان های دولتی استان آذربایجان غربی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف عمده پژوهش حاضر بررسی و سنجش میزان متعالی بودن جو سازمانی و رابطه آن با یاگیری سازمانی در سازمان های دولتی استان آذربایجان غربی می باشد. در تحقیق حاضر از نظریه دانیل گولمن به عنوان مبنای مطالعاتی و چارچوب نظری جو سازمانی واز نظریه جورج هوبر به عنوان مبنای مطالعاتی یادگیری سازمانی استفاده شده است. فرضیه های تحقیق شامل یک فرضیه اصلی و 6 فرضیه فرعی می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و روش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه مورد پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمانهای دولتی استان آذربایجان غربی که بر اساس آمار اخذ شده از سازمان مدیریت و برنامه ریزی استان برابر با 51058 نفر می باشد که از بین آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، تعداد 380 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه گیری مورد استفاده دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد که قبلاً روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. برای تحلیل آماری اطلاعات جمع آوری شده از نرم افزار کامپیوتری SPSS ، آزمون های آماری پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده گردیده است. با توجه به تحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه ها، همه فرضیه های تحقیق، مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
The main purpose of the present research is to measure the situation of excellent organizational climate factors and study its relationship with organizational learning in governmental organizations of west Azerbaijan province.For the research theoretical frame, Goleman's Theoy has been used as the studying basis of organizational climate and Gorge Huber's theory and model as the studying basis of organizational learning. The research theories consist of one primary and six secondary hypotheses. The research method is considered as descriptive-correlational type. The statistical population includes all the staff of governmental organizations of WestAzerbaijanProvince, totalling 51058 based on the statistics obtained from the province planning and management organization.The sample size was 380 obtained by using stratified random sampling method. The measuring instruments are two questionnaires, the reliability and validity of which have been already confirmed. The data Analysis was based on computerized software SPSS, Pearson correlation and Multivariate regression. Based on the analysis of the existing data, all the research hypotheses were confirmed.
