بهبود QFD با استفاده از مهندسی ارزش (از دیدگاه مدیران صنایع قطعه سازی استان آذربایجانشرقی)

چکیده مقاله :
در این تحقیق، ضمن معرفی اجمالی دو روشQFDوVE، مزایا و جنبه های مختلف آنها مورد بررسی قرارگرفته وسپس تاثیر هزینه بعنوان مهمترین بعد مهندسی ارزش و متغییر مستقل بر مراحل QFD مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نحوه عملکرد با ارائه مثال عملی توضیح داده شده و داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه از مدیران ومتخصصین انجمن قطعه سازی استان جمع آوری گردید. این پرسشنامه دارای پایایی(828/0=α) و روایی مورد تایید بود. تجزیه و تحلیلها و آزمون فرضیه ها، توسط آزمون ((t-test مقایسه زوجها)) ودر نرم افزار SPSS15 صورت گرفت. آزمون فرضیه ها بوسیله نرم افزار SPSS15 نشان داد که هر سه فرضیه مورد قبول میباشد. لذا با توجه به ارقام بدست آمده و اختلاف معنی دار بین حالتهای (بدون استفاده از مهندسی ارزش) و (با استفاده از مهندسی ارزش) میتوان نتیجه گیری کرد که مهندسی ارزش می تواند باعث بهبود روش QFDگردد. در پایان مدل پیشنهادی بصورت مثال عملی انجام شده توضیح داده شده و توصیه هایی جهت زمینه سازی برای بکارگیری روشهای فوق ارائه شده است.
In this research, besides introducing both methods QFD&VE, their different benefits and aspects have been investigated by studying the effect of cost as a main value engineering dimension and independent variable on QFD. The method of operation has been explained by a practical example and the required data have been collected by a questionnaire completed by the managers and specialists of the auto-part manufacturers of the province. This questionnaire's reliability (α=0.828) and validity were approved, and the hypothesis test was analyzed by t-test (comparison of pairs) in SPSS 15 software. The hypothesis test by SPSS15 software showed that all of the three hypotheses are accepted. So according to the gained numbers and meaningful difference between the states of (without using VE) and (by using VE) can conclude that the value engineering can be the cause of QFD method improvement. Finally, the advised method presented by a practical example and some suggestions for the planning of applying the above method were submitted.
