بررسی رابطه ابعاد چابکی سازمانی و بهره وری کارکنان شرکت بیمه دانا در استان آذربایجان شرقی

چکیده مقاله :
امروزه چابکی سازمانی به عنوان عاملی مهم در پیشبرد اهداف سازمان، افزایش بهره وری و روحیه کارکنان سازمان، ارتقای سطح تعهدسازمانی، سلامت فیزیکی و ذهنی و رضایت از زندگی در میان کارکنان سازمان مطرح شده است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، بررسی رابطه بین بهره وری نیروی انسانی می باشد که عنصرتأثیرگذاری در سازمان است و نیز بررسی چابکی سازمانی که پارادایمی نوین در کسب موفقیت و همسویی با تغییرات است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی- همبستگی می باشد که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه کارکنان شرکت بیمه دانا در استان اذربایجان شرقی در سال 1393 (120 نفر) شامل می شود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول مورگان، 92 نفر به دست آمده، نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است و ابزارگرداوری داده ها پرسشنامه های استاندارد چابکی سازمانی و بهره وری نیروی انسانی می باشد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که بین چابکی سازمانی و ابعاد آن (انعطاف پذیری، پاسخگویی، تغییر فرهنگ، سرعت در کار، یکپارچگی و پیچیدگی کم، کیفیت بالا و تولید سفارشی، شایستگی های اصلی) و بهره وری نیروی انسانی کارکنان شرکت بیمه دانا در استان اذربایجان شرقی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
Nowadays the organizational agility is an important factor in advancing the goals of organization, increasing productivity and employees' morale, promoting the level of organizational commitment, mental and physical health, and life satisfaction among the employees. The main goal of this study was to investigate the relation between the man-power productivity which is an effective element in the organization, and organizational agility which is a new Paradigm in achieving success and in line with variations. The research method was descriptive-correlation survey. The statistical population included all the employees in Dana insurance company in East Azarbaijan which added up to 120 people. Using Morgan's table the sample size was 92 people. The descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. To gather the data the standard organizational agility and man-power productivity questionnaires were used. The results showed that there was a significant positive difference relation between the organizational agility and productivity of Dana insurance company employees.
