چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی نقش مؤلفه های آموزشی بر برنامه های توسعۀ آموزش کارآفرینی دانشگاهی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه خوارزمی در سال تحصیلی 1391-1392 انجام شده است. روش تحقیق از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه ی دانشجویان مقاطع تحصیلی (دکتری، کارشناسی ارشد و کارشناسی) بوده که 220 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد که روایی آن با مطالعۀ منابع و اخذ نظرات استادان با تجربه و صاحب نظر در زمینه آموزش کارآفرینی به دست آمد و برای محاسبه پایایی، از آزمون آلفای کرانباخ استفاده که میزان آن 93/0a= ارزیابی شد. برای تحلیل داده ها، از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که سیاست های تعیین شده بر توسعۀ آموزش کارآفرینی در دانشگاه تأثیر دارد. و بین مؤلفههای آموزشی اجرای برنامه، محتوای دوره و ارزشیابی در توسعۀ آموزش کارآفرینی در دانشگاه رابطه ی مستقیم و مثبت به دست آمد. همچنین یافته ها بیانگر آن است که شاخصهای برازندگی اولیه در تأیید الگوی سیاستگذاری و مؤلفههای آموزشی اثر گذار بر توسعۀ برنامههای آموزش کارآفرینی دانشگاهی تناسب داشتن الگو را تأیید می کند.
This research aimed at investigating the function of the educational components in the development of entrepreneurship education programs from the view of the students. The research method was a descriptive-survey with a practical goal. The study population included students of all levels (Ph.D., Masters, and Bachelor). For this study, 220 students of Kharazmi University were selected by using random- stratified method .The research instrument for gathering data was a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was assessed by studying sources and taking views of entrepreneurship education professionals and professors. Its reliability was tested through Cronbachُs alpha test, which was calculated α=0. 93. For data analysis, structural equation modeling approach was used. According to the results, the impact of policies on the development of entrepreneurship education programs has been approved and a direct and positive relation has been verified between the educational components- course performance, content of the program, and assessment-and the development of entrepreneurship education programs. Moreover, the findings indicate that the primary fitness indicators verifying the policy and educational factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship education programs confirm the appropriateness of the model.
