تأثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر بهرهوری سبز(مورد مطالعه: شرکت صنایع ریخته گری ایران)

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ مدیریت کیفیت جامع ﺑﺮ بهره وری سبز است. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه تصادفی ساده از میان کارکنان ستادی و اجرایی در رده های سرپرستان، کارشناسان و رؤسا و مدیران شرکت صنایع ریخته گری ایران در ﺳﺎل 1394 به ﺗﻌﺪاد 115 ﻧﻔﺮ انتخاب گردید. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه لازم جهت بررسی این پژوهش، 88 نمونه بوده که تعداد 90 نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جدول کرجسی و مورگان نیز مقدار به دست آمده را تأیید مینماید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری صورت گرفته که با توجه به نرمال بودن داده ها در آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، از آزمونهای پارامتریک در تحلیل روابط استفاده گردید. در بررسی داده ها، پایایی مرکب، سازگاری درونی و اعتبار درونی مدل، همچنین روایی تشخیصی در سطح سازه تأیید شد که مثبت بودن مقادیر در شاخص CV Com کیفیت مناسب مدل را نشان می دهد و در نهایت شاخص GOF در این مدل عدد 0.207 به دست آمد. با توجه به سه مقدار 0.1 ، 0.25 و 0.36 که به عنوان مقادیر ضعیف، متوسط و قوی برای شاخص GOF معرفی شده است مقدار 0.207 نشان دهندۀ مطلوبیت کلی و برازش متوسط مدل می باشد. براساس یافته های این پژوهش مؤلفه مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر بهرهوری سبز تأثیر مستقیم و مثبت دارد.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of comprehensive quality management on Green Productivity in Iran Casting Industries Company. A random sample of 115 employees from various executive and managerial sections was recruited 90 of who were selected to form the research sample based on Cochran formula, Morgan and Krejcie Table. The research data were normally distributed and thus were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling and parametric tests. Further analysis confirmed omposite reliability, internal consistency and credibility of the data, as well as diagnostic validity at the level of structures. The positive values in the index CV Com verified the suitable quality of the models. Ultimately, the GOF index of 0.207 was computed. According to literature, the three values of 0.1, 0.25 and 0.36 are interpreted as weak, medium and strong, respectively; hence, the GOF index of 0.207 indicated a moderate fit of the model. Based on the findings from this research, comprehensive quality management has direct and positive impact on Green Productiviey.
