تعیین رابطه مهارت تفکر استراتژیک و هوشهای چندگانه (مبتنی بر نظریه هوشهای چندگانه هاوارد گاردنر) در بین مدیران بازرگانی و فروش

چکیده مقاله :
درمحیط بسیار متغییرامروز، درک شرایط و پیش بینی روندهای اصلی آن تنها راهی است که سازمانها می توانند با استفاده از آن برای قرار گرفتن درجایگاهی بهتر نسبت به رقبا سود برند ، و این میسر نمی شود مگر در سایه استفاده از مدیرانی که دارای سطح بالایی درمهارت تفکر استراتژیک هستند. در این تحقیق سعی شده تا با استفاده از نظریه هوشهای چندگانه که از جمله مطرح ترین نظریه های هوش در سالهای اخیر می باشد، و با توجه به اهمیت فراوانی که این نظریه برای توانایی های گوناگون انسانی و تفاوتهای فردی قائل شده است ، سازمانها را در انتخاب مدیرانی با توانایی های بالا در هوشهای مرتبط با تفکر استراتژیک یاری دهیم تا بتوانند به کمک آن از مزایای حاصل در جهت ایجاد یک مزیت رقابتی بی بدیل سود برند . با توجه به هوشهای چندگانه گاردنر فرضیات تحقیق اینگونه طراحی گردیدند : بین مهارت تفکر استراتژیک و هوشهای زبانی / کلامی1 ، منطقی / ریاضی2 ،بدنی/ جنبشی3، بصری / فضایی4، موسیقیایی / موزون5 ، هوش درون فردی6 ، هوش میان فردی7 رابطه وجود دارد . بر اساس نتایج حاصله از آزمون فرضها ، بین سه هوش از هوشهای هفتگانه گاردنر(بصری/ فضایی، منطقی/ ریاضی، میان شخصی ) و قدرت تفکر استراتژیک ارتباط معنا داری مشاهده شد . 1 - Verbal/Linguisti 2 - Logical/Mathematical 3 - Bodily/ Kinesthetic 4- Spatial 5- Musical 6- Interpersonal 7- Interpersonal
In today’s changing context, understanding the conditions and predicting the main processes are the only ways through which the organizations can improve their status among the competitors. Such a thing can be achieved solely by managers with high levels of strategic thinking. The purpose of the present research is supporting organizations in appointing managers with high levels of strategic thinking by employing multiple intelligences theory as a leading theory in considering individual differences so that these managers would definitely improve the organization status among their competitors. The research hypothesis was as follows: There is a significant relationship between strategic thinking and verbal/linguistic, logical/mathematical, bodily/kinesthetic, visual/spatial, musical/harmonic, intrapersonal, and interpersonal intelligences. The findings of the study showed a significant relationship between visual/spatial, logical/mathematical, interpersonal intelligences and strategic thinking.
