بررسی ارتباط بین عدم قطعیت محیطی، قابلیت مدیریت دانش و ساختار سازمانی

چکیده مقاله :
محققین در حال بررسی کردن این مسئله هستند که چگونه قابلیت دانش مدیریت به ساختارهای سازمانی کمک می کند تا برعدم قطعیت محیطی غلبه کند. بنابراین این تحقیق یک الگوی یکپارچه را ایجاد و آزمایش می کند تا رابطه بین عدم قاطعیت محیطی، قابلیت دانش مدیریت و ساختارسازمانی را بررسی کند. اطلاعات لازم برای این تحقیق از 125 شرکت جمع آوری و تحلیل شده است. نتایج حاصله، از تحلیل الگوی معادلات ساختاری نشان می دهد که عدم قطعیت محیطی گرایش دارد تا شرکت ها را ملزم کند که قابلیت مدیریت دانش شان را افزایش دهند تا بدین ترتیب خودش را در قالب تغییرات ساختاری نشان دهد.
The researchers have been investigating the subject of how knowledge management capacity would help organizational structures to overcome environmental uncertainty. Therefore, this research examines a comprehensive pattern to analyze the relationship between environmental uncertainty, knowledge management capacity and organizational structure. The necessary data have been collected from 125 companies. The results of analyzing structural equations pattern show that environmental uncertainty tends to force companies to increase their knowledge management in order to show themselves in structural changes.
