رابطه ادراک فرهنگ تسهیم دانش کارکنان با عوامل سازمانی در دستگاههای دولتی

چکیده مقاله :
امروزه تسهیم دانش به عنوان یکی از اجزای فرایند مدیریت دانش در بالندگی سازمانهای دولتی نقش تعیین کننده ای دارد. این مقاله به دنبال سنجش ادراک فرهنگ تسهیم دانش در سازمانهای دولتی و بررسی رابطه آن با عوامل سازمانی در دستگاههای دولتی است. در این راستا با استفاده از ادبیات موضوعی، عوامل سازمانی مرتبط با ادراک فرهنگ تسهیم دانش احصاء و از طریق پرسشنامه به روش میدانی اطلاعات مورد نظر در سازمانهای دولتی دارای بودجه جاری استانی استان قزوین را جمع آوری و ارتباط آنها را با ادراک فرهنگ تسهیم دانش از طریق تحلیل همبستگی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش تعهد مدیریت به تسهیم دانش، وجود تکنولوژی مناسب برای تسهیم دانش، اعتماد، اندازه سازمان، فضای تعامل اجتماعی، ساختار پاداش و تفاوت در موقعیت ارتباط رابطه معناداری با ادراک فرهنگ تسهیم دانش در دستگاههای دولتی دارای بودجه جاری استانی در استان قزوین دارند.
Nowadays knowledge sharingas an element of knowledge management process has a key role in the development of public sector organizations. This article deals with measuring the perception of knowledge sharing culture in the public sector organizations, and investigates its relationship with organizational factors. In this regard, the relevant organizational factors were recognized using literature review on knowledge sharing culture. The data were gathered through survey method by distributing questionnaires among public sector agencies in Qazwin province. The findings of the present research indicate that there is a significant relationship between employees' perceptions of knowledge sharing culture and organizational factors as follows: management's support for knowledge sharing, organization's social interaction, organization's size, knowledge sharing technology, trust, reward structure, and status differences.
