ارزیابی و بررسی انتقال تکنولوژی در تولید موتورهای دیزلی ( تجزیه و تحلیل مـولفه های تکنولوژی )

تحقیق حاضر با هدف تجزیه و تحلیل ابعاد تکنولوژی و آشنایی با مشکلات انتقال آن در صنعت ساخت و تولید موتورهای دیزلی در کشور جهت دستیابی به راه حل های ممکن انجام شده است. روش تحقیق از نوع کاربردی با استفاده از متد توصیفی است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش های میدانی و کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. تحلیل داده ها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمونهای T-Test و کروسکال والیس انجام گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از آزمونها نشان می دهد که فرضیه های مربوط به متغیر سخت افزار و اطلاعات افزار و انسان افزار تأیید ولی متغیر سازمان افزار تأیید نشده است. همچنین رابطه معنی داری بین متغیرهای تجربه، تحصیلات و سن افراد بر نقطه نظرات آنان وجود ندارد.
The aim of this paper is to analyze the technology dimensions and identify the problems of technology transfer in diesel manufacturing industries in order to achieve possible solutions. The survey method is applied descriptive. Field and library studies have been used for data collection. The data have been analyzed through the use of SPSS software and by applying T-test and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results show that the hypotheses about hardware, info ware and human ware have been confirmed, but the variable of organ ware hasn't been confirmed. Moreover, a meaningful relationship hasn't been approved between experience, education and age variables with the replier's viewpoint.
